Who are we


The technical team has been in ICT , banking and sales industry from 10 – 20 years individually, working
for different operators under the different vendors and consulting firms like Ericsson, Huwai , NSN , ZTE,
Cisco , Accenture . And in different capacities from product development, testing, design, sales,
implementation , rollout, optimization , upgrades with new technologies and maintaining networks. The
team has always felt there’s still a gap that needs to be fulfilled and achieved at our home ground with
the experience we possess we have no doubt in delivering and running an mobile network operator end
to end with the utmost and best services and network quality to the customer. The team is currently
working in their various fields in Denmark, Gambia, Ghana, Ethiopia, S. Africa, Sweden and USA. The
coordinating team highlighted below have various skills set ready to run a full mobile operator end to end
and also have a extension of about 15 highly qualified individuals/engineers ready to support.

A mobile network operator is a provider of wireless communications services that owns or controls all the
elements necessary to sell and deliver services to an end user including radio
spectrum allocation, wireless network infrastructure, back haul infrastructure, billing, customer
care, provisioning computer systems and marketing and repair organizations. In addition to obtaining
revenue by offering retail services under its own brand, it may also sell access to network services at
wholesale rates to mobile virtual network operators.

A mobile network operator must own or control access to a radio spectrum license from a regulatory
government entity. Also it must own or control the elements of the network infrastructure necessary to
provide services to subscribers over the licensed spectrum.

It can also be outsourced to a managed services company / vendor in any or all of these above systems
and functions and still be considered a mobile network operator. Customer Care and Engineering could
be Outsourced and focus on Core Business and marketing and media content.

Hiring from existing Operators (If wireless license not acquired : By leasing and co sharing
infrastructure with current operators become independent wireless operator)
