SCRIPT FOR SENIOR HS GRADUATION CEREMONY

Good afternoon everyone, I’m NEMWEL Q. CAPOL, one of the teachers here
in QIT High School Department, I’ll be your Master of the Ceremonies for today.
I’m delighted to be here to our 2ND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION
CEREMONY.
Before we begin this ceremony, let me remind you to turn your cell phones to
silent mode and be courteous to those around you by refraining from talking
aloud.
During the presentation of graduates, we encourage you to express your pride by
applauding and cheering, but the use of air horns is expressly forbidden.
INTRODUCTION
The month of March is one of the most awaited months on the part of the
students as well of course those parents who for their first time ever see their
son or daughter be one of those members of the graduating class march during
the processional. I am pretty sure that it’s been already a month-long waiting and
preparation. Needless to say…what to wear and what to do. Those feelings
come into reality this day…on this 28th day of March here at QUEZON
INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, INC.
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year
2018-2019. It’s been almost 10 months already that we have witness how these
students proved their worth to become a member of this year’s graduating batch.
So, to start with, I just want to greet the people who grace the affair. To our
distinguished and highly esteemed members of the academic community led by
the dynamic and supportive School President, Hon. RESTITUTO S. GUMANID.
The epitome’ of empowered man and a great School Administrator, Sir Fernando
B. Gumanid. Our School Principal, PROFESSOR LORENZO J. CURAYAG, our
very own Assistant School Principal, MR. PIO M. BRIGOLE, SHS Coordinator,
Doc. SERGEV ROY L. MORENO, colleagues, members of the graduating batch,
parents, guardians, visitors, friends, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant,
welcoming and joyous morning!

Ladies and Gentlemen, help me welcome the entering of our school Color,
graduating class together with their parents. Followed by our guests,
administrators, and the faculty and staff.
To begin the ceremony, may we all stand as we pay tribute to our national flag
through the singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed by the singing
of our Invocation Song entitled “WALANG HANGGANG PASASALAMAT”, and
the singing of our Provincial Hymn, BUKIDNON MY HOME through AUDIO
PRESENTATION.
WELCOME ADDRESS
To set the tone for this afternoon’s event, let us put our hands together for Mr.
Pio M.Brigoli, the School Assistant Principal, to give the Welcome Address.

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES FOR GRADUATION
And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To
do the honors of presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, may we have
on the stage the Senior High School Coordinator, none other than DOCTOR
SERGEV ROY L. MORENO to be followed right away by the acceptance and
confirmation of the graduates and message by no less than our SCHOOL
PRINCIPAL, PROFESSOR LORENZO J. CURAYAG.
Congratulations graduates!
DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES AND DIPLOMA
A Certificate of Graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a
certain level of education. This is now the fruit of each student’s endeavor. So,
to do the honors of the distribution of certificates of graduation to our graduates,
may we have on the stage once more,

Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will in a minute deliver
her words of wisdom to our graduates and to their parents as well. To get to
know more of her, may we call on the stage our very own Ms. CHARITY
BONGABONG to do the honors in introducing our Guest Speaker.

The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities
await to our graduates that will further test their mettle as improving individuals.
As they continue with their journey, may they look back to this stage in their life
with fondness and pride.
In behalf of the School’s Administrative staff and faculty, we joyfully congratulate
the graduates, their parents and advisers. We sincerely thank all to those who
helped and supported us and all our guests who attended this momentous event.
