After loco charge also showing 0 instead of available OHE Voltage. checked related wiring found ok. Hence interchanged OHE vtg sensors (PT-1,PT-2) From LTC-1 TO LTC-2 and observed that problem shifted to Bogie-2 side. Concluded that both the OHE VTG SENSORS (PT-1,PT-2) OF Bogie-1 are defective.
