Working As a O&M Incharge Of Whole RHMS Circuit, Which includes Truck Tippler ,Wagon Tippler(METSO
MINERAL),1400 MM wide long conveyors,gypsum grab crance and feeding conveyors,Apron feeders up to ROLL
PRESS and CEMENT MILL .Condition monitoring of equipment’s on time to time with the use of SPM
analyser.Exposure of Maintenance & Planning for major shutdown work of plant equipment’s and Auxiliaries.
Exposure of Maintenance for equipment’s related to plant utility also like (compressor, blowers, ID fan etc.)
Activities undertaken involves:
• Involve in Erection , Commissioning & Maintenance of complete Grinding Unit cement plant project
Capacity 4(MTPA) at Bara(Allahabad ) AND 2.5 (MTPA) AT Chunar(u.p) .
• Erection , commissioning & Maintenance of Coal Handling Circuit For
• 38 mw Captive Power Plant at chunar.
• Erection , commissioning & Maintenance of Wagon Trippler(METSO)
• And TRF Trippler with 50000 Ton Storage Clinker Silo.
• Erection , Commissioning & Maintenance of FLY ASH HANDLING Circuit
• With TRUCK TIPPLERS (CARTER &PERFECT HYDRAULIC)
• Erection , Commissioning & Maintenance of WAGON LOADING MACHINE
• (ENWL 5000) FOR RAKE LOADING & TRUCK LOADING M/C.
