Dear Madam/Sir,
RE: REFUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF SODIUM HYDROSUPHIDE (NaHS FLAKES 70%)
Reference is made to the above captioned matter.
We act for Homajo Investments. Our clients have informed us that your company
purchased two consignments of Sodium Hydro-Suphide (NaHS 70%). The first
consignment was 19 bags on the 5th day of April, 2023 and the second consignment on
the 23rd day of April 2023. However, almost after two months of holding on to the
products, on the 29th day of May 2023 you informed our client that out of the 44
remaining only 12 bags were usable and 32 bags had completely gone bad.
Our client has further informed us that the state of the Sodium Hydro-Suphide in the
pictures you sent to our clients is not the state that it was in when you purchased the
product from our clients. From the pictures that you sent to our client the product
seems to have been tempered with or exposed to harsh weather conditions, which have
rendered it unusable. Our Client also informed us that this product has been purchased
by other customers and they have not launched any complaints whatsoever.
In view of the forgoing our client is unable to refund the money that you paid, and our
client sympathises with you. However, our client is ready to extend a best discounted
purchase price on future products that you may purchase.
Kindly acknowledge safe receipt of our letter by signing and dating a copy hereof.
