SECTION A
“Interviews are a key part of the job search process. Beyond your experience and skills, hiring
managers and recruiters will assess you during the interview stage to see if your temperament
and personality will fit in with the company’s culture. They are evaluating how you present
yourself, especially your posture, gestures, facial expressions, and level of engagement.”
Based on the above statement, critically explore the roles that appearance and metacommunication play in you securing a job during the interview process.
Total 20 marks
