"Sardines" is the first episode of Inside No. Nine, a British dark comedy anthology series.
Written by means of Steve Pemberton (pictured) and Reece Shearsmith, it premiered on BBC
Two on 5 February 2014. In the episode, a group of adults play sardines at an engagement
birthday party. Rebecca, the bride-to-be, reveals a player in a cloth wardrobe, and they may be in
the end joined through other guests. As more humans input, dark secrets are found out, with
various allusions to incest, baby abuse and adultery. The humour is darkish and British, with
polite but awkward interactions. The tale takes vicinity absolutely within the bedroom of a
country house, with lots of it in the wardrobe to awaken a feeling of claustrophobia. The forged
