P000 POLICIES & PROCEDURES P100 OVERVIEW P110 Vision Our vision is to provide the best care possible to our clients. This will be accomplished by providing only caring, responsible, and well-trained caregivers to our clients. Obtaining and retaining these quality caregivers is only possible by taking good care of our caregivers. We believe that people who have care needs should be given the opportunity to stay in their home if possible. In their home they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. We will provide the services that will make this possible, and help them avoid going to nursing homes or other facilities like these. P120 Services The services that Guest Home Care provides are those of a "caregiver" which are assistance with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs). These services are all non-medical and include: assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, walking and exercise, medication reminders, meal planning and preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation. P130 Management Style Guest Home Care managers will treat all clients and employees with respect. This is important to a healthy work atmosphere. The Administrator reports to the Licensee. The Supervisor of Direct Care reports to the Administrator. All Caregivers report to the Supervisor of Direct Care.
