1. Amaliyotning asosiy qoidasi.
1.1. Talaba amaliyotga kelgunga qadar amaliyot rahbaridan tushuntirish olishi
va quyidagilarga amal qilishi lozim.
kundalikni to‘ldirishi (komandirovka guvohnomasi);
pedagogik amaliyoti bo‘yicha shaxsiy topshiriq olishi;
amaliyotni o‘tash bo‘yicha tuzilgan taqvimli rejadan ikki nusxa olish (biri
talaba uchun, ikkinchisi amaliyot bo‘yicha rahbari uchun);
amaliyot yo‘llanmasini;
yotoqxonaga joylashishi uchun yo‘llanma (zarur bo‘lgan taqdirda) olishi lozim.
1.2. Talaba tashkilotga yetib kelgach, tashkilot rahbariga kundalikni taqdim
etishi va amaliyot rejasini aytishi kerak. Bundan tashqari texnika xavfsizligi,
yong‘in falokatidan saqlanish, jihozlardan foydalanish bo‘yicha tushuntirish olishi
va ish joyi bilan tanishishi lozim.
1.3. Amaliyot davrida talaba tashkilotning ichki intizomiga bo‘ysinishi shart.
Har qanday holatda talaba amaliyot o‘tayotgan joyidan chiqayotganda, bu haqida
rahbarga bildirishi lozim.
1.4. Talaba amaliyot xususida taqvimli rejaga muvofiq hisobot tayyorlaydi va
tashkilot hamda oliy o‘quv yurti tomonidan qo‘yilgan rahbarlarning qo‘shimcha
ko‘rsatmalariga binoan uni to‘ldiradi.
Talabalar tashkilotning tarixi, o‘quv jarayoni, yillik reja, ma’naviy va marifiy
ishlar, sinfdan tashqari ishlar, o‘qituvchining meyoriy xujjatlari, fanlar bo‘yicha
dars tahlili, sinflar kesimida taqsimlanishi, bosharuv organlari, moddiy-texnik
bazasi, mehnat va yong‘in muhofazasi bo‘limlari ish faoliyatlarini o‘rganib
chiqadilar. Shuningdek, talabalar ta’lim muassasasining pedagog-xodimlaridek
mehnat faoliyatini olib boradilar.
1.5. Pedagogik amaliyotdagi talaba faoliyati 100 balli (5 baho) reyting tizimi
bilan baholanadi va talabaning stipendiyasiga tavsiya etishda hisobga olinadi.

Talabaning amaliyot to‘g‘risidagi yozma hisobotida quyidagi ma’lumotlar
keltirilishi talab etiladi:
Xar ish kunida bajarilgan ishlarni qisqacha mazmuni keltirilgan kundalik daftar;
Ta’lim muassasasi tarixi to‘g‘risidagi umumiy ma’lumot;
Ta’lim muassasasida qaysi fanga ixtisoslashganligi va o‘quvchilar soni;
Ta’lim muassasasi strukturasi, tuzilishi (jadval ravishda);
Talabaning amaliyot davrida bevosita qatnashgan sinfi to‘g‘risida ma’lumot;
Sinf (bo‘limda) rejada ko‘rsatilgan fan bo‘yicha
1 soatlik ishlanma
tayyorlashda texnologik jarayoni to‘g‘risida ma’lumot;
Tashkilot, muassasa (amaliyot obyekti) tomonidan tayinlangan rahbarlarni
talabaga amaliyot to‘g‘risidagi tavsifnoma;
Amaliyot to‘g‘risida xulosa;
Amaliyot mobaynida foydalanilgan manbalar to‘g‘risida ma’lumot.
Amaliyot natijasi, bahosi talabaning kursdan kursga o‘tishi va stipendiya
belgilashda hisobga olinadi. Amaliyot yakuni oliy ta’lim muassasasining ilmiyuslubiy va fakultet ilmiy kengashida amaliyotning natijalariga yakun yasaladi.
Amaliyot dasturini bajarmagan, ishi haqida qoniqarsiz taqriz yoki hisobot,
himoyasida qoniqarsiz baho olgan talaba 2 kursda qarzdor xisoblanib Filial
talabalar safidan chiqariladi.
Talabaning fan bo‘yicha o‘zlashtirish ko‘rsatkichini nazorat qilishda quyidagi
namunaviy mezonlar tavsiya etiladi.
a) 86 – 100 ball uchun talaba “5”
b) 71 – 85 ball uchun talaba “4”
v) 56 – 70 ball uchun talaba “3” baholar bilan baholanadi.

Kundalikni yuritish va to‘ldirish qoidasi.
Amaliyotni o‘tash davrida kundalik talabaning asosiy xujjati hisoblanadi.
FILIAL joylashgan shahardan tashqarida amaliyot o‘tayotgan talaba uchun
kundalik komandirovka guvohnomasi hisoblanadi va talabaning qancha muddat
amaliyot o‘taganligini bildiradi.
Amaliyot davrida talaba har kuni taqvimli reja bo‘yicha kun bo‘yi bajargan
ishlarini kundalikka qisqacha yozib borishi kerak.
Talaba haftada bir marta kundalikni tekshirtirish uchun rahbariga taqdim
etishi shart.
Rahbar kundalikni tekshirib kamchiliklarni ko‘rsatadi, navbatdagi topshiriqni
beradi hamda talabaning faoliyatini nazorat qilayotganligini qayd etadi.
Amaliyot tugagach talabaning kundaligi hisobot bilan birga amaliyot
rahbarlari tomonidan tekshiriladi va xulosa yozilib imzo chekiladi.
Talaba amaliyot tugagach to‘ldirilgan kundalikni hisobot bilan birgalikda
kafedraga topshirishi shart.
Kundalik to‘ldirilmasa, hisobot topshirilmasa, talaba amaliyot o‘tmagan
hisoblanadi va ijobiy baholanmaydi.
