MULTIVISION PUZZLE
INTRODUCTION
Mathematics is a challenging subject and so hard to learn but to some they
find it easy. In Mathematics, there’s no way out because it is already part of
our day to day living. Though students, and others hated math, still we need
to learn and embrace it because this will help us to be practical and wise .
Students’ poor performance in solving multiplication and division word
problems is one of the issues that math professors facing in Aroroy National
High School (ANHS) because these are untaught skills or maybe least
learned skills which need to be addressed.
To make Mathematics enjoyable and fun, the proponents create a puzzle
called “MULTIVISION PUZZLE” that focuses on multiplication and division
word problems. They will find it more challenging and it will help them master
the given operations. . It will also help the teachers since it can be used as
instructional too.

OBJECTIVES
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of multivision puzzle in
improving the skill and the performance level to the selected grade 7 students
in Aroroy National High School in dividing and multiplying word problem using
integers.
It is also a help to the students who wants to learn more about multivision
word problems using integers to make them improve their learning skills in
mathematics
The study focused in the question
1. What impact would the puzzle we made have on the academic abilities
that we have selected learners?
2. What does seem like altogether in the perspectives of pupils as well as
educators?

PROCEDURE
How to make the game
1. Cut the illustration board into 2 pieces of squares.
2. Put some boarder lines.
3. Design the boarder lines with stickers.
4. Print some word problems and stick it into the illustration board.
5. Put some sticker into the second square and design.
How to play the game
1. Solve each problem.
2. Write your solution on the separate sheet of paper
3. Find the chip or piece with the corresponding answer.
4. And put it on the right place.

CONCLUSION
The result showed that the eagerness and enthusiasm of students in solving
the puzzle makes more interesting, enjoyable, challenging and fun and can
improve the skills of our selected grade 7 students in Aroroy National High
School (ANHS

STUDENTS- This puzzle can help students improve their
learning skills and to enhance their knowledge about
multiplication and division word problem with integers.
TEACHERS- This puzzle can be an educational tool to teach
the students easier.
SCHOOLS- This material can be an educational material for
everyone in the school to learn easily this can be a
educational material in different schools.

APPLICATION
This Mathematical puzzle is applicable to all students. It is a
board game that enhance the skills particularly in multiplying and
dividing numbers with integers. Problems in this puzzles can be
changed easily depending on the topic needed to be addressed.
It is handy and can be played anywhere. It is good playing with
friend as sort of bonding time.

RESULT AND
DISCUSSION
At first the selected learners struggled, challenged and confused
about the puzzle but after analyzing, guess and check, find the
correct solution, they were able to solve the Multivision puzzle
easily. The positive attitude, patience and determination help
them learn faster and easier.
