OVERVIEW
 At Urban Touch we require that all of our employees conduct themselves according to the highest
standards of ethics, integrity, and behavior when dealing with our clients. This includes, full
compliance with all legal obligations imposed by Urban Touch or any other source of law.
 This Code establishes the standards of behavior that must be met by all employees. If any of the
standards and rules are not met, necessary disciplinary action will be taken. In cases where the
breach involves serious misconduct, this may result in summary dismissal.
OPERATION
 The purpose of this policy is to make it clear what Urban Touch expects from employees, and
employees are required to comply with the terms of this policy at all times. If you fail in doing so,
necessary actions will be taken.
 Benefits and rights for employees are described in this policy, but they are applicable to the
situation and are not meant to be contractual.
 They establish the employment terms and conditions that are to be met in an employee's written
employment contract.
 At any time, the Company may introduce, change, remove, or replace this policy.
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
The standards expected of employees include:
 Compliance with all Company and workplace policies, procedures, rules and regulations
 Compliance with all reasonable and lawful instructions given by or on behalf of the Company
 To be honest and fair in dealings with customers, clients, co-workers, Company management and the general
public, and to treat them respect
 To be faithful and actively pursue the Company’s best interests at all times
 To work in a safe and compliant manner, and to observe all workplace health and safety rules and responsibilities
 To respect the Company’s property
 To not make any statements about the Company on social media, or any other public platform, that may harm the
Company’s reputation
 To maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information, records or other materials acquired during the
course of employment






Confidentiality - We are committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all our
dealings with potential, current and past clients.
Ethics - We always conduct our own services honestly and honourably, and expect our clients
and suppliers to do the same.
Conflict of Interest - Due to the sensitive nature of our particular consultancy services, we will
not provide a service to a direct competitor of a client, and we generally try to avoid any dealings
with competitor companies,
Quality Assurance - We maintain the quality of what we do through reviewing our clients, of all
aims, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity,
Equality and Discrimination - We are never influenced in our decisions, actions or
recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability
