Dear Sir,
My name is Md. Habibullah Nayem & currently I am working in Nippon Koei Bangladesh Ltd. (NK Japan) in
Dhaka MRT Line 5 (Northern Route) project. My designation is “Elevated BIM Engineer” & employed in civil
& MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design department. I have completed B. Sc. in Civil Engineering
from University of Asia Pacific in 2015. I am expertise in the architectural, civil & MEP design engineering
field for long 5+ years. Besides, I am also a training & workshop instructor of civil & MEP project design in
three different training centers in our country in both online & offline live class. I have been engaged as a
training instructor from 2019 till now. In my class most of the students or participants are from architectural,
engineering (especially civil, electrical, mechanical, computer science, industrial, production, GIS etc.),
urban & regional planning, EHS etc. various type of participants.
Also, I am a die-hard fan of GIGABYTE AOROUS. I have been using several GIGABYTE products in my

session in both online & offline class along with the training center. In this training class most of the students
are from technical & professional background. I am going to take all of my classes in CADD CORE
Engineering Training Institute in both online & offline version. CADD CORE has huge amount of students &
follower in social media. Besides, CADD CORE Engineering Training Institute is an “Autodesk Authorized
Training Center” from Autodesk & also have authorization for Autodesk software, Adobe software &
Microsoft office certification exam through online. So, it would be very much helpful for our course content

My objective of this proposal & scope of advantages as a sponsor
As a training & workshop instructor of design engineering course-oriented contents I want to engage the
professional engineering & multimedia design community in our courses. For this reason, if a company
makes an agreement as a sponsor in our course along with training center it will be an additional plus point

Promoting GIGABYTE AORUS through my training session in both online & offline live class
This is my personal desktop. If the GIGABYTE AORUS BD update my full PC with their official products
along with sponsored items it will be a live marketing through the online class. Each class limit is 2.5 hours
long. There will be total 4 online class in a week. So, weekly minimum 10 hours of class in 2 batches.

Online class will be taken through Google meet/Zoom/others meeting client apps.

Latest achievement of my training sessions
Currently I am running a batch which has been started from 10 September, 2021 in “3C Engineering &
Research”. This is the first time where a government power plant company send their six (06) employees
from environment & health safety along with engineering department in my training workshop. I believe this
is one my great achievement that my classroom event, training & teaching strategy has been recognized in
engineering design community. There will be more opportunity & create the value of this course.
