Resignation. Meanwhile, 32.4% observed no impact, and 25% recorded a
significant impact.

Top three reasons for attrition: better opportunities elsewhere (36.2%),
compensation (36%) and lack of benefits (33.7%).

32.9% of respondents had a neutral stance on hybrid implementation, while
41.6% felt confident and 25.5% lacked the same level of confidence.

35.2% are neutral on productivity (remote/on-site), while 34.7% feel more
productive when working from home, and 30.1% report greater productivity
on-site.
