360-degree feedback to identify areas of good practice and areas for improvement.
• In this section, I want you to consider how you have taken the feedback from the employer (GBS) and write down
what he or she has asked you to improve on the task that you are developing.
• The methods of recording reflective practice, e.g. diary, portfolio, reflective log, personal journal.
• Responding to and adapting to formative feedback.
• Self-evaluation of work-based learning and experience in all areas; systems, interpersonal skills, problem resolution,
incidents and accidents, teamwork and management practices.
• Methods of final evaluation in the workplace, e.g. final skills audit, performance reviews, appraisal, observation
feedback, benchmarking to match skills standards, 360-degree feedback process, e.g. client, peer, tutor, employer
feedback.
