Subject: Request for an Agreement on Rendering Overtime and Billing Statement
Dear Ms. Tadoy:
After careful review, it was determined that rendering overtime by the janitors is not
included in our contract. Our janitorial team has been putting in commendable effort and
going the extra mile to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within our premises from May
16–24, 2023. To compensate them fairly for their additional hours of service, it is essential
to establish an agreement outlining the terms and conditions for overtime work. I kindly
request your cooperation in drafting a written agreement that covers the labor code.
To facilitate prompt and accurate payments for the overtime rendered (Attached Daily
Time Record), I also kindly request that you provide us with a detailed billing statement for
each janitor, indicating the overtime hours worked, dates, and corresponding rates. This
will allow our Finance and Management Division to process the payments efficiently and
ensure accurate compensation for our valued janitorial staff.
