On May 25, 2023, the National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) conducted an on-site
inspection of the Nutrition Building on a petition for Important Cultural Property (ICP).
Preparatory to that, the National Nutrition Council (NNC) requested the janitorial team on May
16–24, 2023, to work overtime beyond the prescribed working hours.
In this regard may we ask a detailed billing statement be expedited to ensure compensation for
the overtime worked by our janitors.
In order to address any concerns regarding this. I propose a meeting with you on June 19, 2023, at
the NNC Board Room. This meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss the terms of the
agreement, clarify any contractual limitations, and ensure that everyone is aligned within our
contract.
