Referral Program Referral Fees 1. Bring 3+ people to the program and get your upgrade certification for free. OR 1. Refer us to your friends/family/collegues and get 10% off on your next enrollment in any of our advanced certification programs. Referral Policy 1. There are no cash payouts in the referral program. The Referral Policy is only for those who have completed CPC-Level 1 or NLP certifications with us. 2. To be eligible to earn a referral fee, the friend must pay the course fee within 60 days of the initial click-through. If they fail to pay within those 60 days and later return without following your referral, you will not earn a referral fee. 3. Referral fees are compensated based on the payment made by the friend (i.e., full payment or installment payments). 4. We reserve the right to disqualify referral fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. 5. The benefits under this Referral Policy cannot be clubbed with any other scholarship/fee waiver or discounts. 6. Referrer should provide correct name, contact number and email address of the friend(s) while submitting the "Invite Friends" form. 7. To validate fair usage, Coach Transformation Academy will conduct a call-based verification process to understand the connection between the Referrer and Friend. Affiliation Program Affiliate Commission: The commission paid out will be 5% of the course fees you paid. Commissions are calculated based on installments or annual payments at the rates outlined in the Invoice shared. One of our sales team representatives will keep you posted on the follow-up status. Affiliate Program Limitations: 1. You will receive commission only on the enrollment made by a new customer who is not in an active sales process with us at the time of the affiliate link click. 2. The customer needs to enroll and make payment within 60 days of the affiliate link click. 3. Commissions will be counted only on the first course enrollment. You do not receive an additional commission if a customer upgrades to a higher-tiered course in the future. Promoting Coach Transformation Academy: 1. Only use the full name of the company, i.e., Coach Transformation Academy. 2. Do not use false or misleading statements on Coach Transformation Academy's Referral or Affiliate Program. Refer to yourself as a Partner or that you've "partnered with Coach Transformation Academy." This includes press releases, references in videos, listings on your website, or any other marketing material you may be using. 3. You cannot use our name, logos, or graphics in any email, website, blog, or other materials unless we have given our advanced written consent. We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement if any meaningful spam complaints naming us or our services result from your affiliation activities. 4. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Definitions: 1. "You" mean the current student who attended the course or alumni who completed the course with Coach Transformation Academy. 2. "Course" means the certification training courses/programs offered by Coach Transformation Academy. 3. "Customer" or "Friend" means the means the individual being referred by a Referrer or Affiliate.
