VERY URGENT MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT
Plaintiff, thru the undersigned counsel, and unto this
Honorable Court, respectfully states that:
1. The continuation of the Pre-Trial Conference of the abovecaptioned case was set on June 27, 2023, at 1:30 in the
afternoon;
2. However, the herein plaintiff MARIVIC M. CABALLERO is
currently suffering from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and is
scheduled for a medical check-up and possible admission at
Zamboanga Doctor’s Hospital at Zamboanga City this
coming June 27, 2023, hence precluding her to attend the
aforementioned Pre-Trial Conference;
3. Considering that the presence of the plaintiff is
indispensable in the conduct of the Pre-Trial Conference,
the undersigned has no other option but to pray for the
resetting of the next scheduled Pre-Trial Conference;
4. In view of the foregoing, the undersigned counsel
respectfully prays for the resetting of the June 27, 2023
hearing of the above-captioned case without prejudice to the
continuation of the Pre-Trial Conference;
5. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay
the proceedings of this instant case.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully
prayed unto this Honorable Court that the hearing set on June 27,
2023, at 1:30 in the afternoon be reset to another setting subject to
the availability of this Honorable Court’s Calendar.
