Lithology Description
Sandstone (80%): White to off-white, translucent to transparent, friable, hard in part, fine to very fine-grained, well rounded, well
sorted, high calcareous with traces oil shows (yellow to gold oil stain under UV, poor crush cut).
Shale (20%): Light grey to grey, firm to moderately firm, blocky, sub fluky to fluky, splintery in part, micaceous, high
calcareous.
Shale (60%): Light gray to gray, moderately firm, blocky, sub fluky to fluky, sandy in part, micaceous, high calcareous.
Sandstone (40%): White to off-white, translucent to transparent, friable, hard in part, fine to very fine-grained, subrounded, well
sorted, high calcareous, no oil shows.
Sandstone (50%): White to off-white, translucent to transparent, friable, hard in part, fine to very fine-grained, well rounded, well
sorted, high calcareous, no oil shows.
Shale (50%): Light grey to gray, very hard to hard, blocky, sub fluky to fluky, micaceous, high calcareous.
Sandstone (80%): White to off-white, translucent to transparent, friable, hard in part, fine to very fine-grained, well rounded, well
sorted, high calcareous, no oil shows.
