Lithium iron phosphate battery
The Lithium Titanate battery
Lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4 or LFP) offer lots of advantages
compared to lead-acid batteries and other lithium batteries. Extended cycle life,
zero maintenance, high safety, size and weight advantage, fast and efficient
discharging and charging, just to name a few. LiFePO4 batteries are not the
cheapest in the market, but due to a long life span and zero maintenance, it’s
the best investment you can make over time.
l High efficiency
Lithium Titanate Oxide (lithium titanium oxide) batteries (LTO)
are advanced modified lithium-ion battery that employs nano-technology
in the form of lithium titanate nanocrystals instead of normal carbon
material on its surface. The advantage of technical principle is that the
anode has a surface area of about 100 square meters per gram of
material - which certainly stands out as a lot more when compared with
the 3 square meters per gram for normal carbon material.Though LTO
batteries have a lower inherent voltage (2.4V/cell), which leads to a lower
energy density than conventional lithium-ion battery technologies, it has
absolute advantages in terms of long lifetime,high security and fast
charging/discharging features, which make it be widely used in military,
aerospace, electric vehicles, smart grid, communication base stations,
hospitals, finance, telecommunications as well as system critical backup
power systems.

Technology - Pack
Ecube's cabinet structure is scientific, with high mechanical strength. Modular
design makes installation and maintenance much convenient. And the overall
structure ensures the reliability and safety of the system to the greatest extent,
while achieving beautiful appearance.
2. Laser welding is used to wiring electrode, which is of high strength
and low impedance. The lasler welding technology are much more
reliable compared with the method of screw fixation which has the risk
of screw loosening and would cause damage to the corresponding cell,
and then affect the operation of the whole system.
1. Beside housing and safely protecting our cells, the whole module is
designed and built to guarantee the highest safety of the system, in
transportation, installation and operation.

The cell itself is provided with PE insulation film, and a safe insulation gap is set between
each cell;
PC insulation support with high melting point and 2000V resistance is used for insulation
and fixation for the cells;
A space is reserved above the pressure relief valve to prevent excessive pressure
explosion in case of abnormal conditions;
All materials used meet the V0 - flame retardant grade;
Plastic slots are exclusively designed for electrode and busbar to prevent electric leakage.
3. For fixed applications, JMD connectors are used between modules to
save a lots of installation work for the customer and without the
scattered power lines and communication lines, the whole appearance
of the system is neat and beautiful.

BMS Three Level Management
The company independently developed a new generation of high security and high
reliability BMS battery management system for energy storage battery array, which has
powerful functions such as voltage and temperature acquisition, thermal management,
communication and alarm, data storage, etc. According to the characteristics of multilevel energy storage battery array system, the BMS system adopts distributed structure,
which is composed of three-level management system: battery module management
unit (BMU), battery cabinet management unit (BCU) and battery cabinet array
management unit (BAU). The system supports the fine management of multiple cells,
and can sample, analyze and manage each battery cell.

EMS energy management system provides integrated control and monitoring
functions for the whole scheme, collects and analyzes the real-time data of
each equipment in the whole project, and monitors the key data parameters in
real time. It is composed of server, human-machine interface, controller,
measurement unit, sensor and cloud platform. According to its application
type, it can realize the functions of equipment information collection, control,
data summary, chart analysis and so on through the energy management
system, and forms a set of scientific and energy-saving energy distribution
scheme according to the step electricity price, time period, battery BMS data,
load rate, etc.

exactly when it is required to provide seamless system integration and battery
control.

Ecube’s PCS adopts advanced digital control technology, optimizes the control
performance, improves the reliability of the system, and realizes the uninterrupted
switching between on-grid discharge, on-grid charging and off-grid operation. Our
PCS system has a wide DC input range, which can better meet the charge and
discharge requirements of different battery combinations. At the same time, PCS
system adopts modular design in structure and power, which increases the
