Purpose of the team:
•
It is essential that each member of the group has understood the goals.
• Using the collective talents of the team to efficiently complete assignments. It is important to
recognize skills of the team members and allocate the task likewise.
• Ensuring that the group has tools such as books and software required to complete the
assignment.
• Resolving any issues that may occur during or after the completion of task.
• Evaluating the assignment before and after submission. It is necessary for the team members
to be satisfied with the final output and prepare brainstorm over any errors after the submission.
Team composition:
•
A team of four people in charge of the Project Planning, Management, Monitoring, and
Completion.
•
This group comprises of a team manager, a team facilitator, team support and team recorder.
The roles are subject to change as the projects change.
•
The team is well-balanced, with a diverse mix of Engineers, Architect and Analyst.
•
The diversity of this team would be the best asset for completing the project cycle and
deploying the deliverable.
Communication tools & techniques:
•
Email and WhatsApp would be our primary modes of communication.
•
If a person does not react within 12 hours, we will contact them through phone call.
•
Zoom conferences will be scheduled once a week to communicate with each other
about assignments and homework progress.
•
As all team members are in the same city and close to college, in-person meetings
can be called for primary discussions on the said project.

Membership roles and responsibilities:
1.Manager/ Leader is responsible for:
a) Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the project.
b) To act in alliance with the instructor whenever required.
c) Making sure that the tasks assigned to teams should be completed on time.
d) Client satisfaction
e) Managing reports and necessary documentation.
2. Facilitator is responsible for:
a) Determining the activities necessary to achieve the meeting objectives.
b) Interacting with the group members who have and haven’t contributed to the task assigned.
3. Recorder is responsible for:
a) Collecting all the submissions of the team members.
b) Checking whether there are any mistakes in the reports submitted.
c) Recording the details of verbal discussions precisely and accurately.
4. Support is responsible for:
a) Contributing to the team in the field of writing, editing, researching etc.
b) Evaluating all the support data that’s available to help out the team.

Ground rules:
• The project will be submitted by the leader when it has been reviewed by all members.
• Even if the project roles have been assigned, team members should make an effort to be
accessible and helpful whenever someone wants their opinion.
• Each group member must be able to express themselves in a supportive environment.
• Members will be considerate to one another and respect one other's opinions.
• No group research data shall be shared with any outside parties in order to preserve academic
integrity.
• Everyone needs to put in the necessary work and do their part to ensure the project's success.
Decision-making process:
•
Understanding Goals.
•
Extensive research of each task.
•
Each member contributes their idea / opinion on the research.
•
Evaluating our decision.
Conflict management approach:
• Identify the issue immediately and find possible solutions. Conflicts should be communicated
and clarified.
• Make an effort to understand the other person's opinion.
• Find possible solutions and solve the problem.
• Compromising with group members.

Team performance assessment:
• Once every two weeks, hold a performance evaluation meeting with the goal of ongoing
improvement.
• Set milestones to be achieved in the given timeframe.
• Each member's participation and consistency.
• Each team member's contribution to completing the assigned task with the highest level of
honesty and excellence.
