Responsibilities Reach out to potential customers and close the deal on HVAC Products and Services Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits and value Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s needs Assertively persuade the customer to buy through demonstrating how our services meet their needs Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge, including trends in the relevant products and services portfolio you are promoting Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information What are we looking for? Minimum 1 year of proven outbound sales experience (within the past 2 years) using a consultative sales approach while meeting sales quotas Understanding of the sales cycle/process Desire to earn high commissions/bonuses, and identify upselling opportunities Sales experience in HVAC and or Home Services preferred but not required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone Good attentive and active listening skills Ability to relate well to all kinds of people with various personalities and temperaments Ability to multitask by simultaneously; listening and thinking about solutions to offer customers while entering data Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as dictated by business needs
