OBJECTIVES:
NARRATIVE:
1. To orient the parent on Deped order No. 13
S.2022
about the Duties and Responsibilities of PTA
Members
2. To organize HRPTA Officials for school year
2022-2023.
1. The Grade 8 Rose Parents orientation and
meeting was conducted last September 21, 2022
from 8:00am to 11:001m @ Salud Cagas
Technical and Vocational High School.
2. Mrs. Christine Joy L. Gocotano Grade 8-Rose
Adviser welcomes everyone by giving her words
of appreciation to the parents.
3. The adviser orients the parents about the Deped
Order No. 13 s. 2022 specifically on the Duties
and Responsibilities of PTA Member
4. The adviser also orient the parents about the
Grading System, Students Performance and
Reading Proficiency of the students.
She also reiterates the Gulayan sa Paaralan
Program which the parents commit to donate
flower pot for okra.
5. Meeting was intended for organizing and election
of Homeroom PTA Officials for school year 20222023.
6. The parents Agreed to collect 170.00 pesos as
donation for the beautification of Classroom
“Cement Flooring”. Adviser are not allowed to
collect money. The elected PTA treasurer was
assigned to collect the said amount of donation
from the parents.
The last part of the meeting was closed by Mr.
Jaymar Agbon the Elected Homeroom PTA

CONCERNS
ENCOUNTERED
DURING THE
ORIENTATION
Health protocols must strictly be observed such wearing
of face mask, social distancing.
Only few parents attended the meeting the rest are
Guardians
The meeting started late because the parents are not
early.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Next time, include a time in advance so that the parent
will come early.
