Dear Male Grade 10 Parents,
Greetings of Peace!
Our year end activities last year were disrupted by the declaration of the National Health Emergency
putting the whole country under lockdown (ECQ) which was also followed by series of natural calamities.
Our faith and resilience as a person and as a community have been continuously challenged. However,
we were able to manage and adjust to the situation.
Now, the situation has somehow changed and the rules regarding public gatherings are less stringent.
We are striving and thriving.
In view of this, may I inform you that we shall push through with the conduct of the Year ender activities
of the Graduating Class of S/Y 2019 – 2020.

Parents will be with their son/daughter during the
processional.
BOYS: LIGHT GRAY LONG SLEEVES with BLACK
NECK TIE, Black Pants and Black Leather Shoes, black
socks, neat hairstyle.
Parents are advised to wear appropriate attire. Completion Rites will follow after the Thanksgiving Mass.
During the Completion Rites, we will just have the distribution of Certificates and Academic Honors
As part of our precautionary measures against COVID-19 we will observe the following PROTOCOL
both during the Thanksgiving Mass and Commencement Rites.

There will only be one entry point, that is the main gate.
Upon arrival temperature will be taken, once cleared, please register, then sanitize
Proceed to the waiting area at the back portion of the church.
Only ONE PARENT is allowed to be with the students.
Social distancing will be strictly observed; hence parents are STRICTLY DISCOURAGED from
shaking hands, hugging or greeting with “beso – beso” other parents and the school officers and
personnel.
