Nowadays, many people think it is better to work for many different
organizations while in some ways about better to work for different
organization . I personally believe that better to work for one organization
throughout their life.
On the one hand, working in a long-term organization you will have a longterm friendship. It is because when we work together for a long time, we will
understand each other better and share experiences to develop together.
For example, my aunt works at a company so far, she has had many good
friends in the company who cooperate in work and in life, they often go out
to eat and shopping . As a result, everyone will have good friends to share
problems in life as well as in work to develop themselves in the best way. By
contrast , if they do not work with the same company for a long time, they
may not have such co-worker relationships.
On the other hand, I would agree that working in an organization for a long
time will make it easier for you to advance at work.It is because when you
change companies then you will have to start a new job everything will be
more difficult. For example, my father's friend worked in many companies
when he moved, he got used to the position again and his efforts started all
over again. As a result, you will have to re-acquaint yourself with the new
environment and the new colleagues may be you at the old company about
to increase your salary, but in the new company you will have to start all
over again. By contrast, if you don't change jobs in many different
organizations, you will probably be more successful.
In short, I think working in an organization for a long time will help people a
lot.
