Read and follow these guidelines to the letter as if your client’s life, liberty, or property depends on it—because one day, it will. 1. All examinees are required to be at the exam room on May 23, 2023 (Tuesday) at 7:00 P.M. 2. At 7:00 P.M., the password-protected exam file in portable document format (PDF) will be posted on our Google Classroom. 3. The examinees will have ten (10) minutes (7:00 P.M. to 7:10 P.M.) to download the exam file. They may also utilize this time to attend to their personal needs. 4. At 7:10 P.M., all desks shall be free from materials which are not necessary for the conduct of the exam. Further, examinees shall no longer be allowed to leave the exam room. 5. The password will be posted at 7:25 P.M. Thereafter, the examinees may begin answering the exam. 6. The examinees have until 8:25 P.M. to finish the exam. At this time, all answer files shall be converted to PDF. 7. All examinees are expected to observe proper grammar and gender-fair language in their answers. 9. Non-observance of the exam guidelines and instructions will result to a deduction from the raw score of the examinee, who will then be marked as “NFI” (not following instructions). 10.
