About the role You will work directly with the CEO on a day-to-day basis and be a key part of driving the organization to Series B and beyond. What we're looking for We are looking for someone with a background in consulting, finance, tech or other fast-paced quantitative role. You will be comfortable working with data, both in terms of modeling and in using data to make business decisions, will be able to organize and run projects to completion and will be an extremely strong communicator. You will be able to build your network across the business and represent the CEO in settings where the CEO is not present Responsibilities Lead key strategic projects that span multiple stakeholders such as geographic expansion, new product launches, target customer analysis and market sizing Support the CEO on ad-hoc strategic projects, meetings and internal communications Setup and manage our outsourced finance function Research and make recommendations around pricing strategy and competitor analysis Prepare for Series B fundraising including financial modeling, target investor analysis, process oversight and pitch deck support Support COO with hiring a world class team Create a best-in-class process for monthly board reporting Requirements Likely 3-6 years experience working at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank or equivalent role.
