European Countries Europe is one of the six continents of our planet which contains fifty countries. I have been in sixteen of them so, in this essay, I am going to talk about my experience, my point of view, and curiosities of those amazing countries. The countries that I visited in Europe are: Portugal, France, Germany, Ireland, England, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Belgium, Denmark, and of course, Spain, the country where I come from. All these regions belong to the same continent but each country is different and has something special. Language, traditional food, weather, location, kind of people, and culture make every country unique. In my opinion, each place has an essential characteristic that makes it different from the rest. Portugal has incredible rivers with a lot of bridges, France has La Torre Eiffel which is probably the best monument of the world, and Germany has the famous beer that everyone wants to try. In addition, in Ireland, people has an incredible energy that makes you to be happy the whole day, England is an elegant city where every single place is perfect, and Italy, its monuments and food, for example, its pizza, pasta, and ice-cream. Continuing talking about European countries I already visited, Switzerland is awesome, you always have amazing places to visit and enjoy, I would define Netherlands like the most different country in Europe and Czech Republic like fairy tale. Greece has those amazing islands, Hungary is full of culture, Croatia is all landscape, Belgium and Denmark are both places that are worth visiting because of their ambient. Eventually, Spain has that incredible food, weather and people there has the typical Spanish character. To conclude, every place in this world is special for a reason. In my opinion, we are not aware of how different places are until we visit it. However, all those countries have something in common: gastronomy that has great prestige and world recognition.
