Description on incident: • While proceeding for offloading raw material and turning near the Pump room Experts transports Raw material trailer hit the suppliers water tanker. Lesson Learnt: Always allow the vehicle to proceed for loading/off loading if the route is clear. Stop the vehicle and wait if Some other vehicle is on the way. Security staff will escort the service provider vehicles and stop all the traffic movements on the same route. Description on incident: • While proceeding for loading and turning MICCO truck hit Gulftainer Truck in Outbound Truck Parking 2. Lesson Learnt: • Always parked the vehicle by leaving beside parking empty.3 • Always check both sides of the vehicles while enter or exit the truck parking. • Please note the blind spot to avoid ant accident. Description on incident: • Outbound loaded Truck trailer hit the security barrier and newly installed gate Thereby damaging the gate and the security barrier. Loaded material was also damaged due to this incident. Lesson Learnt: • • • • Slow down the speed while exit the security check point. Don’t take sharp turn while exit the main gate. There is main gate after security check point please be careful while moving. Follow the security staff instruction and traffic management plan of RDC. Description on incident: • Securing/Fastening the material using lashing belts. Lesson Learnt: • • • • Always parked the truck on proper designated place. Do not move the truck while lashing. Lashing the material by check on both side to avoid any material damaged because of lashing belt hook. Fix the Hook on proper designated place after that tighten the belt.
