RE Plus Electric Vehicle Charging Station
The RE Plus Charging station uses the future – proof and
standards compliant Fast DC Charging technology
featuring CCS Type 2 charging connector. The DC Fast
Charging technology enables electric cars to quickly
recharge the batteries and go on their way.
The RE Plus Charging stations are available with a range
of power capacities, from 5o kW to 150 kW. The modular
architecture enables the creation of customized
solutions with higher power capability.
The RE Plus Charging stations are designed in
compliance with the Indian and International standards.
The power conversion system is designed for high
efficiency and low disturbances in the power grid. The
advanced high efficiency charging technologies support
present and future generations of Electric Vehicles.
The modular architecture of the RE Plus charging
stations enables fault tolerance. If one or more modules
encounter failure, they can be safely shut down and the
station can function at a lower total power capacity.
State of the art safety equipment, including Residual
Current Circuit Breakers, Insulation Monitors etc are
incorporated into the design for the safety of users and
the infrastructure.
Key Benefits
The Re Plus charging station is designed for use in standalone and sequential charging solutions.
The standalone charger is available up to 150kW and is designed mainly for wayside charging
stations, where lower wait and charging times are important. The sequential chargers are available
with the option of multiple dispensers mainly for fleet stations, hospitality, retail and similar
applications, where the vehicles can afford a longer wait time. The sequential charging stations
are intended for fleet as well as personal charging in assigned parking spots. The Re Plus modular
and scalable configurations are perfect for any kind of electric refueling needs.
High Power in a Small Footprint
The Re Plus Charging station is based on industry-leading DC fast charging technology, engineered
to fast charge current and next-generation electric cars, buses and trucks. At the heart of each
station are self-contained, easily swappable AC to DC Power Modules. This innovative design
ensures that in the rare instance one module goes down, the station remains operational. It can
be installed as a standalone station or in sequential configuration providing up to 150kW power.
High Availability and Serviceability
The RE Plus charging station has no moving parts, increasing reliability and minimizing ongoing
maintenance. It has configurable levels of Power Module redundancy and duty cycle management.
Modular components can be installed in the field without any specialized tools or expertise.
Cost-Effective Operations:
Station owners can start small and expand to the highest charging capacity in the industry without
any stranded investment by adding Power Modules, Stations and Power Blocks as demand
increases. High-efficiency power conversion (> 95% efficiency) reduces electricity costs and wasted
energy.
Universal Compatibility
The RE Plus Charging Stations supports battery packs from 200V to 500V, ensuring both legacy
and future electric vehicles can always be charged. The station is compatible with international
electrical grid standards and vehicles and supports current and future global standards.
