The current mobile phone allocation cost was documented in a policy and became effective in July
2017. Since then, there has been a lot of changes in the valuation of Naira.
Challenges
The current economic situation as reflecting in the consistent downward fall in the value of Naira
against the Dollar over the short period is making it tough to get quality mobile phones for staff,
implementing the current allocated amount. Below analysis will show the phone stock we have
procured in the past, the date of purchase, and the cost, as well as the current prices of the phones.
This will give us insight to the rising cost.
