Describe symptoms: When did it start happening? 6/5 Monday first time
Had been charging all afternoon, while on, plugged in the charger. Went back to check something, after it went idle. Screen wouldnt activate
While active, computer works fine.
But when idle, computer wont wake up. Been getting hot, fans spinning. When did this take place? Single or multiple times. What were you doing when it took place? Power and Sleep: Screen On battery power, turn off after 4 min

Changed USB Settings > USB Selected Suspend setting to Disabled in Device Manager
Changed Sleep > Allow Wake Timers to: Enable
CMD (Admin Elevated ) powercfg.exe /hibernate on --- Was disabled
Changed for the screen to go idle in Power Plan to 1 minute (for testing)
Allowed screen to go black
Maren used Keyboard/Mouse, computer woke up from sleep, logged in back to normal without issue
Duplicated troubleshooting, allowed to go idle again to confirm
Same issue, same result. Was able to get into machine, operating normal. Sending ticket status e-mail. Please reply back if the black screen/idling issue takes place. I'll follow up within the next 24-48 hours if no response.
