Word limit depends on your quality; however, keep 3000 minimum.
A printed copy of the report with a plagiarism report (19% plagiarism is allowed) must
be submitted on or before the deadline.
A printed copy of your PowerPoint slides on the day of the presentation. The length of the
presentation will be 15 to 20 minutes.
Every member of the group must have to present their part of the project.
Copy-paste or similar work will award zero.

Select any Organization of your choice and visit them to get answers to the following
questions: (Rather than copy-paste from Google, you must have proof that you have visited
the organization personally)
1. Overview of the organization

c) Describe the link between a company’s vision and strategic goals and objectives.
Why is it essential for top management to put forth a clear vision, strategies and
objectives for a company?

3. Conduct a PESTEL Analysis and explain how your organization fits into the external

4. Conduct a SWOT Analysis: this section will contain a SWOT analysis for your
organization versus all of your competitors as a whole (i.e., versus the competitive situation
overall).
5. In the current situation as a manager (of your selected company), What strategy(ies) would
you recommend the company to minimise the negative impact of job insecurity on
employees’ psychological safety and morale? Since many people think downsizing and
low morale will be high due to the current business slowdown.
6. Identify the following points in detail after interact with the manager of the organization:

Policies or techniques to increase efficiency.

7. Evaluation and recommendations: Evaluate the plan clearly and give justifications.
Recommend how to improve the plan and mention their limitations as well. (Must be your
