For cases of SARS to reappear, the virus has to re-emerge (from a possible animal source, a laboratory accident or undetected transmission in humans). INCUBATION- 5 DAYS (RANGES 2 TO 10 DAYS) After onset of symptoms and maximum period of communicability is less than 21 days.
