In Evaluation procedures that used to determine whether the subject meets a preset criteria such as qualifying for special education services. In testing this determine a students ability to complete certain tasks or demonstrate mastery of a skill or knowledge of content. Testing and grading are important aspects of course design and implementation. Testing and grading are linked to the learning objectives of a course and provide ways of gauging student learning. 3. What is the main difference between classical test theory and item-response theory? The CCT provides an estimation of Item Discrimination based on the number of examinees with higher or lower ability to answer a particular item.
