1. What is assessment in learning?
 -Assessment in Learning is an approach to teaching and learning that creates feedback
which is then used to improve students’ performance. And Students become more
involved in learning process and from this get confidence in what they are expected to
learn and to what standard.
2. How similar or different is assessment from measurement, evaluation, testing, and grading?
 In assessment this is the process of gathering information to monitor progress and
make educational decisions if necessary.
 In measurements it's refers to the sets of procedures and the principles for how to
use the procedures in educational tests and assessment.
 In Evaluation procedures that used to determine whether the subject meets a
preset criteria such as qualifying for special education services.
 In testing this determine a students ability to complete certain tasks or
demonstrate mastery of a skill or knowledge of content.
 Testing and grading are important aspects of course design and implementation.
Testing and grading are linked to the learning objectives of a course and provide
ways of gauging student learning.
3. What is the main difference between classical test theory and item-response theory?
 The CCT provides an estimation of Item Discrimination based on the number of
examinees with higher or lower ability to answer a particular item.
 While IRT is all about the performance on an exam and how it relates to individual items
or questions on a test.
