Chapter 6: CONCLUSIONS
6.1 Lessons/Observations:
Through this internship experience I can surely say that it'll come veritably much come
in use in my future professional trials. I've learnt to overcome my fear of working in an alien
terrain and doing effects without actually counting on anyone. I also noticed and took note
about my weakness similar as being immediate and discipline in my workshop, and now I'm
a better person regarding this aspect as I've gradationally bettered myself. Other weakness that
I noticed about myself was that I was weak in organizing time to my workshop and that aspect
also has surely bettered. I've learnt that fastening on your weakness and approving them as
your weakness can actually help you to transfigure them into you strength as well. Not only
my sins but I also got to feel my strength like, communication, managing client relationship,
putting forward my ideas, and allocation workshop.
Working as an intern in ElixirAd, not only I've developed my practical knowledge
necessary for my professional career I've also developed good public relation with some
professionals in the commercial request. Though I've been just working as an intern in the
association, the internal platoon has handed me with colorful knowledge and occasion which
would enhance me on my professional development. I've been suitable to fete some legal and
ethical principles that this association works on. I believe that I've also been suitable to
compose and present effective oral forms of communication which would have a great impact
in my professional career in the near future. An association ca n’t perform well without platoon
trouble and leadership, working in ElixirAd, I've been suitable to develop my chops to work
in groups, work under pressure and
acclimatize to the working
terrain of different
professionals. This gave me brief knowledge about how workers in an association work as per
their diurnal exertion. To enhance my knowledge and indicate my theoretical knowledge into
practical working style This externship occasion was a great platform for me to indicate my
theoretical knowledge that I've been learning throughout my undergraduate program to my
practical practice. This externship program is a literacy phase for me, where I can try to learn
numerous effects from my seniors and other staff members and trial to apply my theoretical
knowledge on the ground. I set up this externship program a veritably useful and a great
occasion to apply my affiliated proposition knowledge into the practical working style. To
study about the marketing practice of the company .
41 | P a g e
This Cooperative program gave me chance to learn about the marketing practice of the
company. They all have some working ethics and programs that the company works and follow
consequently. The company tries to give their guests with possible applicable marketing
strategies that would be applicable to the brands. Comparison of practical literacy VS
proposition This externship experience handed lots of sapience on how an organizational
structure functions and how important trouble actually goes into making all the organizational
pretensions, operations, and vision come true. Whilst, sinking in the theoretical corridor of
these workshop in our university, we do n’t get the factual gist of how much hard workshop
goes into each and every small detail that goes in the process of marketing. We only learn that
creative marketing should be does in order to produce brand image and exposure, but we do
n’t get to know that it requires physically laborious workshop to do request exploration,
pitching so numerous ideas for creative content and it might be that all of those ideas can be
rejected and you have to start from the scrape, it might also be that when you put your content
out there people might not actually like your content and it's so easy to offend and spark review
currently. So being redundant careful on your accoutrements that you put out to the world is
also veritably critical.
6.2 Recommendations:
1. The company provides a veritably unique installation that's infrequently seen on the
request as of now, but also with its state of the art installations there are some downsides that
could be bettered in this new adventure, they could be .
2. Hire workers who can speak fluent English, because proper communication is needed and
also proper content display in digital and non- digital platforms is needed in order for the
transnational guests to notice you and be apprehensive about your brand.
3. Assign a proper administrator to the intern platoon, so that proper allocation of work is
done and the work can be performed efficiently and the results will show.
6.3 Conclusions:
In conclusion, this particular experience helped me use my capability and creativity to bring
further advancements in the company. I also got to realize
numerous of my
sins in
professionalism, which will help me do better in similar aspects in my future trials, along with
my weakness I also got a taste of what my capacities and lead up to, which brought bring
further of curiousness of what further I can do, which is always a positive thing to look up
for. I learned so numerous effects in this company, like communication with our guests,
42 | P a g e
professionalism, public speakingetc. That I'll ever cherish and surely use these knowledge in
my future professional as well as particular life as well. In my opinion I feel that this experience
is veritably necessary for any pupil to get the taste of what's to come in near future and how
they can ameliorate and also manage their own business some days. I've been guided by
numerous professional personalities through this internship period, through whom I learnt
numerous precious knowledge, discipline and professionalism which will for sure come in
handy my the unborn trials.
