Nordic Questionnaire Assessment of Human Body What is Nordic Questionnaire or Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire? • Nordic Council of Ministers • This project aim to develop and test a standardized questionnaire methodology allowing comparison of low back, neck, shoulder and general complaints for use in epidemiological studies. • This questionnaire consists of structural, forced, binary or multiple choice variants and can be used as self-administered questionnaires or in interviews. • Asssigned to answer the question (Do musculoskeletal trouble occur in a given population and if so, in what parts of the body are they located?) • The Human body is divided into nine anatomical regions. • These regions was selected on the basis of two criteria: regions where symptoms tend to accumulate, and regions are distinguishable from each other both by the respondent and a health surveyor.
