• Holistic development or developing the
whole of a person -is a process of selfactualization and learning that combines an
individual’s mental, physical, social,
emotional and spiritual growth.
• This can be a complex process, which does
not occur in one area but in the different
construct of the whole self.
Is a time when everything seems to changebody, emotions, relationships with others,
way of thinking, and all other aspects of
one's life.
all of this changes are interconnected and
contributory to a person's development.
It is normal to go through many changes
during the teenagers years, and the most of
the changes that they are going through as
teenagers fall under one of the five
categories that you are going to learn more
about.

Example: A girl may already have the body of
woman, thus attracting the attention of older
boys. But she may still be in the process of
developing emotionally and may not yet be
prepared to deal with older boys. ( physically
mature, emotionally immature).
Example: A boy may already look every
inch a man but may not be ready to try
alcohol or either things his peers are into,
nor capable of handling situations with
girls.

condition of clothes, comprise the
physical appearance of a person
and its capacity to do things tells
