Compare the ordering experience of each competitor's app
2. Who are your key competitors? (Description)
The Competitors are Zomato, a food chain that’s slightly cheaper than Swiggy, Foody,
ProFood and has more locations. Zomato uses high-quality ingredients and is famous for its
deals and above-and-beyond delivery service.
Our other competitor is Swiggy, a low-cost family-style Italian eatery that has a wideranging menu.
Foody and Profood is a direct competitor to Zomato. Swiggy is an indirect competitor to
Foody.
3. What are the type and quality of competitors’ products?
(Description)
Most of the ingredients are the same buy what make it different is the quality of the
ingredients, Zomato uses high quality ingredients as compare to other platforms and thus
has better food than others. Zomato uses all variety of foods for everyone whether they like
fast food, Italian, Chinese or any other cuisines they want.
Swiggy, Profood and Foody has its own advantages and offers large variety of Italian food
as compare to Zomato.

Although, Zomato uses high quality ingredients, its less expensive than Swiggy, Profood and
foody. And the delivery is also reliable and free. This makes customers particularly loyal.
Swiggy, Profood and foody to attract attention position itself as a place for families and
host parties, birthdays and gatherings which attracts customers.
5. How do competitors talk about themselves? (Description)
They describe themselves as “Family style food for everyone”. Delivery will be free and food
will be healthy and not expensive. They emphasize that their app is simple to use,
remembers your payment info, and lets you track your food via app.
