d. Use the vacuum cleaner to suck up the concrete dust from the hole. Also vacuum dust from the surrounding
area when finished.
e. Hammer the anchor bolt into the hole made in step b.

Locate the four leveling pads, and let each of anchor bolts go through the leveling pad respectively.

Position the Gantry over the anchor bolts appropriately.
6.
Lower the Gantry to close to the floor and position each of leveling pads beneath its associated adjuster.

Gantry Level Adjustment
Place the bubble level at the positions shown as Illustration 3-13.
Level Specification: +/- 0.2 degree

Gantry Adjuster and Bubble Level Position
Level the Gantry using the Gantry/Table Anchor Adjuster JIG.(5389135, shipped with system shipping collector).
NOTICE
The distance between the Gantry stationary base and floor is 5~15mm.

Gantry Anchoring
Set the anchor washer (2105873, shipped with system shipping collector), then tighten the anchor nut to the
specified torque to fix the anchor bolts into the floor.
Torque: 50 N•m
NOTICE
If specified torque cannot be achieved, another anchor point must be used. See Illustration
3-11 for alternative anchor position.
10. Loosen all of the anchor nuts, then re-tighten the anchor nuts securely (less than 50 N•m).

Do not tighten the anchor nuts to the specified torque (50 N•m), because the anchor bolts,
tighten in previous step, has been fixed securely into the floor. So, to over-tighten nuts will
damage the frame of the Gantry and also bring an out-of-level Gantry.
