After Under normal use, calibrate it once each year. In order to guarantee the checking that analyzer's performance is intact and fittings are complete, requirement of the accuracy in full range, please calibrate as following proceed the next operations. methods: 6.2 Install Conditions Standard gas: the standard gas oxygen concentration is among 92%~ 93%. Install the analyzer near the position of monitored environment point as far as possible in order to guarantee that the analyzer can make the fastest response to gas concentration changing. Analyzer work temperature is among 0 ~ 45℃. Analyzer should install in places with little humidity (less than 80%RH), little dust, no vibration, no corrosive gases and explosive mixed gases etc. The analyzer mounting point should avoid heat source and machines with high magnetic field (such as high-power cables, high-power relay, electromotor and transformer, etc). The gas pressure must be controlled in 86~106kPa, and gas flow control in 400~600ml/min before piping into analyzer. After display value of analyzer is stability, calibrate it as follows: Enter into menu mode, click / button to enter: click button to choose CAL menu, click button to change the cursor, click / button to change value of the cursor, after input password 0918, click button to enter into calibration menu. And then click to change the cursor, click / button button to change value of the cursor, after input oxygen concentration, click button, analyzer will 6.3 Installation display NO (that is means cancel calibration), please click / The analyzer adopts dial adoption, the install steps are shown as to select YES (means confirm calibration), then click button to follows: con firm. 1. Such as sintered metal filter (the filter size is 20~30um), active carbon filter (the filter size is 20~30um). 2.The sample gas pressure must be control in 86~106kPa before inlet analyzer. When the sample gas pressure lower than 86kPa, it is necessary to use pump to extract sample gas; when the sample gas pressure higher than 106kPa, it is necessary to control the pressure in 86~106kPa through Pressure Regulator, and then use needle valve to control flow in 400~600ml/min. 3. To make sure accurate testing and reduce delay time, please reduce gas path between gas source and INLET port. The structure should be Picture 10 Flow chart of upper limit set simple, connecting points should be few. If confined by on-site condition, install one three-valve and one stick of exhaust pipe (the length of exhaust pipe must be more than 300mm) so as to quicken gas flow and replacement velocity. 6.5 OUTLET Connection 1. The OUTLET should be connected to air, it is forbidden to block, or it will bring about perpetual damage of sensor. This is because the inside gas path of analyzer is single passage, only can extract gas 10 19 through OUTLET, if it is blocked, the pressure will climb, bringing 7.3.4 Range set about sensor damage due to pressure. Therefore, our company will Analog range includes upper and lower limit. UP menu is to set the upper limit, Lo menu is to set the lower limit. 2. If sample gas can be extracted to the air directly, then it will extract Upper and lower limit mean the specific oxygen concentration and they use to correspond analog output signal. Relation between upper and lower limit and analog output signal as follow: I 420mA not bear any responsibility because of this. directly; If sample gas cannot be directly extracted to the air (toxic and harmful gas), then extract the gas to safe place. The OUTLET and environment air should be unblocked. 16 (O2 Lo) 4 UP Lo 3. Please look up local, city, country relevant document about gaseous emission. Upper limit: 7.
