TẤM GƯƠNG SÁNG VỀ LAO ĐỘNG VÀ SÁNG TẠO By: Hoàng Ngọc Long Phạm Văn Hát Nhà sáng chế “chân đất” đưa trí tuệ Việt ra thế giới Phạm Văn Hát, sinh năm 1972, sống trong gia đình làm nông, có đông anh em nên anh phải vừa học vừa phụ giúp cha mẹ. Chỉ được học tới năm lớp 7, anh được gửi đến xưởng cơ khí vừa học vừa kiếm tiền giúp gia đình Năm 2005, anh trở về quê và mở xưởng sửa chữa công nông. Đến năm 2007, khi xe công nông bị cấm hoạt động, anh quay sang thuê đất và xây dựng mô hình trồng rau sạch với quyết tâm làm giàu trên quê hương mình. Tuy nhiên, thời điểm này, người dân vẫn chưa quen với khái niệm rau sạch, rau an toàn nên sản phẩm tiêu thụ rất khó khăn. Vì thế, đến năm 2010 gia đình anh Hát đã “ôm” một khoản nợ gần 3 tỷ đồng, khiến gia đình lâm vào hoàn cảnh khó khăn. Anh hát quyết định vay 200 triệu sang Israel với hy vọng trả được số tiền nợ và để học hỏi được kinh nghiệm làm công nghệ cao. Sang đấy, anh làm thuê cho một trang trại vào sáng và về đêm thì nghiên cứu để chế tạo ra một chiếc máy rải phân. Chiếc máy của anh đã thành công, được người chủ trang trại mua lại bản quyền và tăng lương cho anh. Trở về Việt Nam, anh đã tiếp tục nghiên cứu hàng loạt chiếc máy sao cho vừa hiệu quả mà lại vừa rẻ cho những người nông dân.Nhờ sự kiên trì và sáng tạo, anh đã chế tạo ra bao thiết bị như máy phun thuốc trừ sau, robot đặt hạt, máy bón phân,... giúp cho nông nghiệp Việt Nam phát triển mạnh mẽ. Anh đã dành được danh hiệu Người nông dân xuất sắc, huân chương lao động và hàng chục lời mời từ các công ty trong và ngoài nước.
