Home smart system specialist should check the ceiling before final approval
Drainage and water system services

No damages in the pipe insulation
All labels and serviced indication should be fixed properly
CDP for the AC machine should be connected with proper insulation
Valves and connections should be near the access door for maintenance
HVAC services

Checking the duct connection with all the accessories (VCD, Plenum boxes ,,,etc)
No damages in the duct insulation
All labels and serviced indication should be fixed properly
Flexible duct length should be not more 1 meter and without bend
All the vcd’s should be opened
FCU box connection and thermostat box should be connected and near access doors
General comments
1- All the services wall penetration should be properly sealed
2- Return air opening should be properly civil finishing
3- All access door location should be correct and serve the MEP services mantainace areas
