Introduction
Everybody seems to like (or at least aim) to work at home these days. Why not?
It’s fun and you get to have more control in your life.
But the problem is most people doesn’t have the necessary skills to be a successful
freelancer. Also, learning a new skill without earning anything sucks, that’s why
most of them quit in the first 30 days.
In this short guide, I’m gonna help you start a freelancing career, build your skills
on the side while also earning at the same time.
The ideas work like this:
Step 1 – Find a category of service to sell
Step 2 – Find someone who can do it cheap
Step 3 – Sell that service on Fiverr
Step 4 – Let the original (cheap) freelancer do the work for you. By doing this, you
don’t have to be an expert in anything.
You’ll get to split the difference between the original freelancer’s price and the
price you choose on Fiverr. Profit per customer will range from $4 - $50 depending
on how much is your service.
Step 5 – Upsell the customers so you can increase their purchase value
Once you’re already earning, you can spend the extra time actually learning the
skills that you wanted to learn.
Let’s say that your best-seller has always been about e-book cover designs.
Well you can learn how to do it on your extra time. In the meantime, let other
people do it for you.
Once you feel like you can already provide great service, you can now do the work
yourself and keep all the profits for yourself.
Personally, I choose not to be an expert on anything (partly because I’m lazy).
Then I just let others do the work for me for a fee.
However, if you want to make more money in the future and charge 20x as much
for the same work, then I highly recommend that you get good at just one or two
things.
With that said, this book will focus on the steps that I laid out to you. I will discuss
each step in detail and you’ll know exactly what to do once you finished reading it.
Let’s get started.
Chapter 1 – Service Category Research
The service that I recommend you use is called SEOCLERK.
There’s a lot of cheap services here starting at $1.
SEOCLERK.COM doesn’t just focus on seo services, they have services about
ebooks, design, social media etc.
Looking for a service is easy, there’s literally hundreds of categories to choose
from.
What I always do is search for a service and then arrange them by price (lowest to
highest). By doing this, I’ll get to see the cheap services that I can sell on Fiverr for
$5-$15 for the front end service.
Like I said, there’s hundreds of categories to choose from. But that could be a
problem as well, so I decide to just give you my top 4 service categories to sell on
Fiverr.
Not all of these are guaranteed to become best-sellers since there’s a lot of factors
that can affect your sales.
However, rest assured that you’ll have better chances of success if you start with
these services.
#1 – SEO SERVICES
Under SEO are different type of seo related services.
In my opinion, the best ones are the following:
Web 2.0
PBNs
Link Building
Choose one and arrange it by price.
You can sell any of these services for $5-$10 on Fiverr.
#2 – SOCIAL MEDIA
Anything related to social media can be a hit on Fiverr.
Services like Facebook likes, Twitter followers, Twitter retweets, YouTube views,
YouTube subscribers etc.
Once you chose one category, do the same thing as the last one and arrange it by
price.
Make sure that you save or bookmark the service that you plan on selling.
Also, I recommend that you start with $1 services because you’ll get to earn more
and not have any problem with barrier of entry.
Most people probably won’t buy a $30 service from a newbie. That’s okay.
Just focus on low end services first and build your customer base.
In time, you’ll get to attract higher paying clients and you can move out of Fiverr if
you choose to.
For now, JUST DO THE EFFIN WORK. There’s no shortcut here, just a lot of
hard work.
#3 – WORDPRESS
Any WP related service will also likely be a hit.
There’s a lot of sub-offers under WordPress that you can sell.
Services like wordpress bug, wordpress install & wordpress fixes.
Go browse around and look at the possible services you can sell.
I can guarantee you that you’ll never run out of ideas to sell in this market.
More than half the internet is built on WordPress.
You might as well help some with their websites.
#4 – WRITING
Any kind of writing services will do.
It could be article writing, re-writing, proofreading, writing e-books etc.
Even with the boost of videos and audio, the written word will always be in
demand.
Go browse around as well since there’s too many kinds of writing services for me
to discuss it all in this book.
Once you’ve narrowed down the type of service you want to sell, you can now
confirm if there’s really a market for it.
Chapter 2 – Is There a Market for It?
The next step is to make sure that there are other sellers selling the same kind of
service.
If there are no or only 3-4 sellers of that service, then it might be a good idea to just
find another market.
Also, we want to look at the reviews. Are there 100+ reviews or are there only 10
(or less than 10).
We want a lot of reviews since it means that there are buyers in that market.
Even if there’s only 3 sellers but there’s 100+ reviews, it would still be a great idea
to consider this market since it could be an untapped one.
There’s no perfect formula in confirming the market.
These are the things I’m looking for:
1 - There’s at least 10+ sellers of that service
2 – One of them has 100+ reviews
3 – The others have 10+ reviews
Let’s say that I chose YOUTUBE VIEWS.
I’ll search for it on Fiverr.com and look at the results.
This is quite big market.
There’s more than 100 sellers of the same service.
This could be a good market to sell into. However, you may want to create a more
targeted service.
So instead of targeting YOUTUBE VIEWS.
You can sell “3,000 YouTube Views in 24 Hours”
By doing this, you’ll be able to separate yourself from the market.
Instead of selling “I WILL PROMOTE YOUR YOUTUBE VIDEO”
Do something specific and something that is quantity driven.
You can also search for other possible services that you can sell under that niche.
Here’s another example.
INSTAGRAM LIKES
This market isn’t as big as YOUTUBE VIEWS.
Still, you can make a profit with it.
There are 10+ people selling the same thing and their listing images sucks!
If you can create a more appealing on than these, then you can make money in this
market.
On the next chapter, I’ll give you some examples of awesome listing images.
Once you’re done with market confirmation, it’s time to create your Fiverr listing.
So go on and register first for a free account here:
Fiverr.com
Chapter 3 – Fiverr Listing Strategy
To create your listing, go to the dashboard and click SELLING and then CREATE
A GIG.
TITLE
Be specific in your title.
What are you going to give them when they buy your service?
E.g.
I will… give you 5,000 YouTube views in 48 hours
I will… Write 350 word SEO article about internet marketing
CATEGORY
Make sur that you pick the right category.
You can go to your competitors listing and see what he’s using.
TAGS
Your tags should be the exact word customers are typing on the search bar.
You can find your tags just by thinking like a customer.
If I’m looking for a type of service, what will I search for?
E.g.
Next is PRICING.
The key to making more than just $5 per sale is to offer more packages.
Give them the option to add something to their order.
Some people will order just the basic package but the real money is in the upsell
and the extra gigs.
The only thing I want you to change is the quantity of your service. Make the
delivery date similar for all 3 packages.
Then price them accordingly.
To offer these other packages, you have to talk to your original seller and make a
deal with him.
Make sure that he can provide the service on time and make sure that you’ll still
make money after you’ve paid him his share.
Whatever extra gig you are selling, you should have your seller ready to do it for
you.
For the extra gigs, you can add faster delivery date, they can get the source files,
add revisions etc.
These may seem like tiny additions, but in reality, most of your sales will actually
come from it!
The front end $5-$15 sales are great but it won’t make you the most amount of
money.
So make sure that you do some extra gigs!
DESCRIPTION
The next step is to write your description.
Here’s an example of a really awesome one.
This one is about SEO but it can be applied in any type of service.
Check it out here:
https://www.fiverr.com/turnkeyz/get-your-website-on-google-page-1-with-myseo?
context=recommendation&context_type=natural&context_alg=gig_views_graph&context_referr
cc25-4978-a21f-77bbcda12c44
Step 1 – The Offer
The first step is to mention what you are selling and to guarantee the highest
quality work and result.
Step 2 – Why Me?
The next step is to mention your qualification.
You can just borrow your original seller’s qualifications. It’s alright because
technically, he’s the one doing the service.
Step 3- How it Works
Step 3 is all about giving them the future result.
What will happen once they ordered the service?
What are the results that they should expect from you?
Step 4 – Call to Action
The last step is to ask them to buy the service.
Never ever forget to put a call to action on your listings.
Why would you expect them to buy if you’re not even confident to ask for the
sale?
The next step is to put your FAQs.
What are the possible questions that customers may ask?
You can edit this in the future so you can skip this for now.
REQUIREMENTS
Every service needs some kind of requirement from the buyer.
If you’re selling YOUTUBE VIEWS, then you may need them to provide their
youtube url and the keywords they want to rank for.
It’s different for every service.
Fill this one up and make sure that you mention the requirements pre-requisite to
doing the service.
GALLERY
This is one of the most important part of your listing.
If your gallery sucks, then they would assume that your service also sucks. Unfair,
but that’s just how it all works.
I can’t teach you how to create or edit images but I can how you some examples of
what works well.
Also, you can pretty much judge an image listing by how it looks.
Here are some bad examples:
The ones that looks like it was created in 2 minutes usually sucks.
Here are some awesome ones.
(this one is simple but it looks clean)
Once you’ve uploaded your images (2-3 images), just click save or publish.
If you did your listing right, you will start getting orders in a few days.
Once you got an order, you’ll just passed up the information to your original seller.
Make sure that he knows exactly what you are asking for.
In the beginning, the process will be a little bit confusing for the both of you.
But once you got some projects under your belt, it’ll all be systematize and you’ll
both know what to do each time you work on something.
To increase your sales. You can’t just rely on new customers.
You have to keep selling on your current customers.
That process is called upselling.
And it’s actually easier than you think.
Here’s how.
Chapter 4 – Sell More of It
Upselling is actually easier than you think it is.
You just have to send a series of messages on Fiverr to your current customers.
Usually, it is 4 messages in the span of 30 days.
Here’s how I do my own upsells.
Day 1 – Thank You
I will send this the day after I deliver his order.
This is all about acknowledging his order. In this part, you won’t try to sell
anything. You’ll just give him a link to your Fiverr listing at the end of the
message.
Day 4 – You Need Anything Else?
The next message is you just asking if he needs anything else. Most people who
buy will probably need another service in the span of 1 week.
In this message, you want to come across as someone who can help him solve his
problems.
If you provided an awesome 1st service, then he’ll probably consider you again the
next time he needs another service.
Day 10 –Extras
On day 10, you’ll just send a message saying that if they order a service within the
next 3 days, you will add some kind of extra service (additional revision, source
file) without increasing the price. Tell them that this offer won’t be featured on the
sales listing, however, you will honor this agreement if they order within 3 days.
Day 30 – Last Chance
It’s been 30 days since their last order and you still haven’t heard from them.
Tell them that you’re giving them another chance to order in the next 5 days and
you’ll give them some extra without any additional charge.
If they still didn’t order, then just forget about them for 4 months and just repeat
the process starting from Day 10-Day 30.
That’s how you do upsells.
No fancy wordplay and no sales technique.
Just genuinely give them what they need and as for the sale.
Conclusion
Thank you for joining me in this training.
I hope that you’re now ready to use the information and actually start a freelancing
business.
It won’t be easy, that’s for sure.
But I still want you to try. I still want you to work hard at it.
You’ll never really know if this business model is for you until you give it a shot.
Good luck on your new freelancing career!
Remember, you can do this!

Introduction
Hello ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this short training manual about making
money online through Shopify marketing.
What I really like about this business idea is it doesn’t require you to spend money
on advertisements.
Yes, FB ads (and other marketing methods) are effective. But they do cost a little
bit of money to get started.
For this book, I’m gonna teach you a model that only requires you to spend a low
amount of money on the Shopify store itself and then the “marketing” part will be
free.
We will use Instagram growth marketing to build an audience quickly and have
“ready to buy” customers as soon as you post something on your feed.
Now, I’m not gonna lie to you and say that it’s gonna be easy. I don’t know you,
your experience and work ethic. So I cannot guarantee that you will kill it in this
game.
What I can promise you is if you stick with the game plan, you work hard and you
put in the effort to provide good content to your customers – then I don’t see no
reason why you can make at least 4-5 figures per month.
Simply put, you gotta put in the work.
Chapter 1 – Niche Research
Not all markets are equal, especially when applying this exact business model.
Not all categories are good for Instagram marketing.
So you gotta choose something that already has an audience and following.
I recommend that you target pop culture references like tv shows, movies, actors,
singers, etc.
Anything that is already famous on a a market segment is a great niche to target.
Also, the niche market doesn’t have to be incredibly huge.
Let’s say you’re a fan of motorcycles and you like the brand Ducati.
Most people would probably be familiar with it but that doesn’t mean they are part
of that market.
So what you’ll do is go to Instagram and type some hashtags that may be related to
Ducati.
There are currently over 3 million+ and counting hashtags right now.
By searching through this hashtags, I found that there are some certain Ducati
motorcycles that has really huge following and lots of hashtags.
That motorcycle is called Ducati Scrambler.
By looking at the top post, I found more hashtags related to this market.
These are hashtags that I can also use later for Instagram marketing.
Just typing the word #ducatiscrambler already gave me hashtags with thousands of
searches.
So this is a good topic to target.
Sure, it’s not as huge as the niche “Ed Sheeran” but we can still make money off of
it.
If you don’t know where to start, I suggest that you search for top 10 X in your
chosen field/niche.
Here are some examples to help you get started.
E.g.
I like to target either recent trending topics or perennial ones like this.
E.g.
Or something more recent…
Once you got your topic, just go back to Instagram and search for related hashtags.
There should be hundreds of related keyword that has 1000+ hashtags on
Instagram.
The more related hashtags you can use, the better.
Once you’ve chosen your main topic, now it’s time to find a product that you can
sell.
Chapter 2 – Product Selection
This is actually one of the easiest part.
We will be using a method called drop shipping.
This means we will just order a product from the supplier every time someone buys
anything from our store.
So we won’t need to invest in inventory and even shipping.
Our job is to sell the product and make sure that the suppliers delivers it on time.
To find a product, just go to AliExpress.com and search for your niche.
For my niche, I can sell anything from mugs, t-shirts, stickers, keychains to
motorcycle accessories.
Anything that is related to Ducati Scrambler can be sold in our store.
Most products here offer free shipping (or super cheap one) so you don’t have to
worry about spending huge amounts of money on shipping.
When it comes to shipping, I ONLY choose either e-packet shipping or AliExpress
premium shipping (only use this if you can still make money even with the
premium of $10-$15.).
Another favorite resource I use is EBAY.COM
The process is pretty much the same.
Just make sure that all the products you are selling can be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
If you have to sell it at a higher price and spend more money on shipping, do it.
People don’t like waiting.
Look for your first 5 main products and save the product links so you can refer to it
later.
Chapter 3 – Store Creation
Now it’s time to create your Shopify store.
Use my link to get a free trial with discount.
http://shopify.com/?ref=red-publishing
Let’s start with the settings first.
Then PAYMENTS
You can receive money through tons of different payment methods but the 2 main
ones are Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Fill up the necessary financial information and click save.
Then click CHECKOUT.
Follow the exact setting below.
You want to make sure that you click on “CUSTOMER AGREES TO GET
PROMOTIONAL EMAILS” so you can legally collect their e-mail for future
promotions.
SHIPPING
You can choose the shipping rate between FREE, PER WEIGHT and PER PRICE.
For this method, I recommend that you just choose free shipping for all products.
You can just increase the price of the product to get that money back.
TAXES
It depends on you if you want to charge taxes or not, personally I don’t mess with
this one.
Next, go to your ACCOUNT.
Put your debit/credit card and then choose a plan.
Next step is to go to GENERAL settings and put your store information.
Next, you need to unlock your store by disabling the password protected feature.
Remember, no one can visit your store if this is enabled.
THEMES
I usually just start with the free themes.
There’s a lot of different themes and most of them are too complicated.
Choose something clean and simple to look at.
Once you’ve chosen one, click INSTALL THEME and PUBLISH AS MY
SHOP’S THEME.
CUSTOM DOMAIN
This will make your store more legit
So instead of having www.yeyevonel.myshopify.com
You’ll get yeyevonel.com
You can buy a domain inside shopify itself.
Now it’s time to set up the product listing.
Just go to product and click ADD PRODUCT.
Here’s an example to copy and study.
This product is for the “camping” niche that I targeted.
I know, not too “pop culture’ish” but it’s still profitable. I just targeted celebrities
who are passionate about camping and connected this product to those celebs.
So for the description, start with your title.
Input your title or your product name.
Mention the free shipping or cheap shipping offer.
The mention the benefits and uses of the product.
Tell them who the product is for…
Add the shipping information…
And then the call to action.
Then add images with different angles of your product.
Input your price.
Then weight…
And then add variants if you need to.
Are you finished?
Click SAVE and preview the listing.
***
Save this link and go use a URL shortener like goo.gl and bitly.com.
Save this shortened URL for latter’s use.
Chapter 4 – Instagram Content Outsourcing
In order for you to get free customers, you need to give them something valuable
first.
And that something valuable is your content.
Are you giving them something cool? Something new? Something that will engage
them?
Cause if you aren’t, then there’s no way that they’re gonna follow your Instagram
account.
Here’s a strategy that I found really effective.
Also, this strategy doesn’t require you to have any original content!
Yes! It’s true!
All you have to do is reach out to different users and ask them if you can borrow
their photo and post them on your Instagram page.
99% of them will say yes!
Just be candid and tell them that you’re going to give them credit.
People will appreciate this more because you’re not just randomly stealing their
images.
Also, most of them will give you high quality image since you’ll be tagging them
in the photo and they won’t wanna look bad in those tag photos.
It could be as simple as sending a Direct Message (DM) like this:
Hi Name. I really like what you posted on your profile 2 days ago. Your scrambler
and your pics are awesome! Do you mind if I share that photo on my Insta fan
page related to all Ducati Scramblers?
I would really appreciate if you can send it here on DM. Thanks Name, and keep
up the good work on your feed.
Once you got your photo, post it on your own Insta feed.
Keep the following in mind when you post the photo:
#1 – High Quality Images
Always post ONLY high quality images.
Once you start posting “potato” quality images, then you’ll start losing followers
immediately.
The more high quality images you post, the more followers you’ll get.
#2 – Engage, Engage, Engage
Always ask them something or tell them about the photo.
Make sure that you engage them by stating a fact and asking a question.
E.g.
Do you like this new Scrambler custom by @photoowner?
Comment YES on the section below if you do.
Another thing that you can add is to ask them to send their entries on your DM.
If they have awesome photos, let them know that you’ll gladly post them on your
Insta page as well.
#3 – Give Credit
ALWAYS give credit to the photo owner.
This will give you lots of credibility in the market.
It means you’re the aggregator of content in the market. It means you’re the one
who’s in charge of posting the best photos in your market.
#4 – Hashtags, lots of it
This is who people will found you.
You need to put lots of related (and even some unrelated) hashtags on your photos.
I recommend that you put it in the comment section of your post.
Try to put at least 30 hashtags per post.
#5 – Comment back
Always comment back to your followers.
Engage them and let them know that you would appreciate a follow back too.
Speaking of follow back, anyone who likes your photos (especially in the
beginning) should be automatically followed back.
You can do this by using some Instagram software (just search Google).
#6 – Consistency
Post something every single day.
Yeah, I mean it. Every single day.
The more content you put out, the more followers you’ll get and the easier it’ll be
for you to sell something in your market.
#7 – Bonus Advice
For your first few images, you won’t have many followers so it’ll be harder to
convince them to share their photo.
What I recommend that you do is post pictures that you can get from Google and
just give websites who posted them credit.
This is in the gray area but I never met someone who got legally charge from
posting a photo that is readily available in public.
Chapter 5 – Instagram Promotions
So you got your followers, you’re posting once a day and you got hundreds of not
thousands of followers.
How do you sell your products without really being pushy?
The answer to that is you don’t.
You don’t try to SELL anything.
You just recommend.
You just let them know about some new product or some kind of new deal.
The key here is to just keep posting content every day and then post a SALES
POST at least once a week.
Here’s an example of a sales post.
Mention the “deal” on the top side of the image.
Then put the shortened URL below the product image.
If you can add more photos, then that would be ideal.
For the text description, do something like this.
E.g.
Hello Scrambler peeps!
A lot of you have been requesting a scrambler t-shirt and we now have 25
available for the next few days.
Just visit the link in the image or look at my bio for our store’s website.
Check em’ out while they last, and as always, keep scramblin’!
(then add your 30+ hashtags on the comment section)
**
It’s a simple way to sell your product and it works.
Don’t try to hard-sell them into buying your product.
Let them decide on their own and just be cool whether they buy it or not.
Your job is to just keep producing (outsourcing) great content and keep posting
them for others to see.
Some people will buy (again and again) and some won’t.
Accept it and just focus on growing your channel.
Conclusion
You now have everything you need to get started with this business model.
The key here is the content.
You must provide something good.
You must keep posting awesome images and be consistent with it.
Anyone can make money off of this business model.
But you have to put in the work to get there.
Good luck!
BLOGGING
QUICK START
How to find a niche, start a blog and
create a plan to make a living via blogging
Alexander S. /George Allen
Introduction
Hey there
Thanks for downloading this book, I’m going to give you a concrete plan to go from beginner to pro-blogger in a
few short steps. Your job is to use the information and take it into action.
You’re going to learn how to choose a profitable niche.
If you are a beginner, I’m also going to show you how to create your own blog from scratch even if you don’t know
a single line of code.
You’ll learn the best ways to monetize your blog for maximum profits.
By the end of this book, you should have chosen your topic, you should have a basic knowledge on how to create a
blog and you should have a fool proof plan to make money with your new blog.
With that being said, let’s start by picking your niche.
On choosing a niche
In my opinion, the best way to get started blogging is by choosing something you enjoy doing. Of course, your topic
should already be a proven money maker. Well, how do we know if it is profitable or not from the start?
Easy
Look for other blogs that has the same topic.
Let’s say I’m passionate about SEO (which I am)
I’ll search for “seo blogs” on google and see if there are bloggers out there selling seo services, seo trainings etc.
I know personally that this is a huge market and the opportunity is endless.
For you to know if it would be a good market,
Here are a few guidelines that you need to follow.
Look at other blogs on your topic and see if there are interactions in the blog itself. If people are commenting
on post then you have a better chance of selling something on that niche.
Ex. Marketing/seo niche (viperchill.com)
141 comments on 1 post
See if there are any products being sold on their blogs.
Ex. Acne niche (highonhealth.org)
Choose something you will write about even if you won’t get paid
Blogging can be taxing especially if you don’t love what you are writing about. There’s no point in making a lot of
money if you’re not enjoying your life’s work.
Your blog is not just a blog. It is a part of you in some way, you communicate your thoughts and your knowledge
through the blog and if you’re not passionate about your topic, then you are going to get burned out.
Niche Research
Here are the topics that are proven money makers. Choose something and dig deeper on those niches. Later I’m
going to show you how to choose a niche within a niche.
Digging deeper in a niche is important,
It’s hard to make money on the weight loss niche if you don’t have a topic within that niche. You’ll get drowned by
the thousands of people already blogging about it.
The Biggest Niches
In this part, I will outline the biggest niches you could target and why.
First of all, there are 3 MEGA NICHES and under their umbrella are the Niches that we can target.
The 3 mega niches are HEALTH, MONEY and RELATIONSHIP. At the moment, they are probably the source of
99% of income of all the bloggers around the world.
Health and Fitness
1. Natural Weight Loss
As a society obsess with weight loss, why not take advantage of this trend? The chemicals and pills industry won’t
probably die soon but more and more people are looking for ways to naturally lose weight.
2. Stress Management
We are stressed more than ever. The society takes pride of working 12 hours a day and people are seeing it as
normal. That’s insane! We can create information products that can teach people how to lessen their stress and be
more alive.
3. Muscle Gain
This is also a long term trend that will continue to grow. In fact some people are pretty much obsess in gaining
muscle. If we narrow this down, we can even come up with the gain six pack abs niche.
4. Easy Exercises
I hate to say this but people are lazy. They don’t want 3 hour workouts. What they want are easy exercises that can
be as effective as a 3 hour exercise. If you can teach them something like that then you have a winner.
5. Fat Loss – Belly
The dreaded fat belly, girls hate it especially when it’s their own belly we’re talking about.
6. Organic Food
Everybody’s getting sick because of food these days. People are starting to join the organic food revolution. Sooner
or later people will start to demand that they’re food be organic. Also, try to narrow this down and you can also
come up with juicing fruits and vegetables, creating smoothie recipes etc. Narrow it down even more and you will
discover more hidden gold.
7. Natural Healing
Times are changing and we are going back to the old way of getting healed. Western medicine is dying and in my
opinion the large corporations from the medicine industries will try to kill this niche market. Don’t be afraid to go in
this niche, good guys always win and people will realize how scammy the western medicine industry really is.
8. Any Specific Health Problems
If you can help people solve a specific health problem, it can be a huge money maker. Examples of these health
(body) problems are candida and osteoporosis. If you can teach them best practices to solve these problems then you
are in for a treat.
WARNING: Again, I am not in any way giving you this list as advice, this is for information purposes only and I am
not claiming you will make money if you pursue one of these niches.I am also not a lawyer and a doctor to give you
and medical and legal advice in these topics.
Relationships & Dating
1. Dating Advice
As humans, we are pre-wired to find a mate. In this modern society we call it dating or trying to find a date. We
want to meet people to find a mating partner. If you can help someone improve their dating life then you have
another winner.
2. Romantic Relationships
People want their relationships to be harmonious and at the same time exciting. Teach people how to get the most of
their relationship.
3. Marriage
Marriage is the ultimate relationship. It is a lifetime commitment to a person and fulfilling that commitment is pretty
hard. If you can help these people build a stronger bond, it would be a great business to be with. You are helping
people and you are earning money at the same time. What a noble way to make a living.
4. Sex
Humans love to have sex. Teach them make the most out of it. Teach them how to find people to have sex with.
Teach them the proper way to have sex. There’s a reason why porn is a billion dollar industry. People loves sex.
5. Conflict in relationships
It doesn’t matter if it’s conflict with family, friends, business partners, boyfriend and girlfriend, wife and husband.
Teach them how they can get through these conflicts and you will be rewarded. Remember, niches are problems.
Solve it.
Under the umbrella of Conflicts could also be the ultimate marriage conflict. Divorce. It is also a billion dollar
industry.
6. Parenting
Everybody wants to be a good parent. If you have passion for helping kids be better then this is probably for you.
Teach their parents and you will help their kids also.
7. Psychology Behind Relationships, Conflicts, People and Business.
Teaching the psychology of anything can help people understand why they do what they do.
8. Education in anything
It can be teaching people how to code. Teaching people how to sing, how to play the guitar. It could be anything as
long as people are searching for it.
Business and Money
1. Personal Finance
People are concerned more than ever when it comes to their personal finance. You can teach them how to save, how
to budget, how to build their retirement account and how to get out of debt
2. Investing
There are hundreds of niches within this niche. It could be investing in real estate, foreign exchange, investing in
gold and silver, stocks, stock trading etc.
3. Starting a business
There are hundreds of different ways to make money. It could be selling on ebay, teaching them how to make
money as a freelancer. In fact this book is under this niche, information marketing is a way to start a business. Other
niches are Affiliate marketing, making money through adsense. If you have a business on a certain market then
teach them how to do it. Example is teaching them how to start a restaurant, starting a a hot dog stand. Whatever,
there are millions of ways to make money.
4. Marketing
Marketing today sucks. Most marketing agencies have no idea what they are doing, they just slap ads and if it looks
great on tv they assume that it’s great advertising. What a disgrace. Real marketing should be base on trackable
results. It’s called direct response marketing. If you can teach or apply this to any business then you won’t ever be
hungry.
5. Career
People are losing their jobs. Nobody’s hiring anymore. If you can find a way to help these people then you will be a
very very rich and happy man.
Find ways to build a better resume, teach them how to answer interviews.
Special Niches
Aside from these niches, there are niches that doesn’t exist in the past that are available today. The very best
example I can give you is the PREPPER niche. With the rise of popularity of The Walking Dead and all those
zombie movies, people are starting to prepare for it. It may sound silly to you but these people are irrationally
passionate about these things. It’s not just zombies by the way, it could be a certain disease or a nuclear war. It
could be anything.
I swear my neighbor is a vampire. Oh, that could be another niche eh?
Narrowing Your Niche
Once you got your niche, it’s time to narrow it down even more.
So instead of focusing on let’s say “weight loss”, why not narrow it down to “weight loss for pregnant moms”?
Another example would be the skin care niche. You can choose acne cure under it. That crowd is too crowded right
now that’s why I would narrow it down even more. Hm.,.How about Acne Cure for for men over 25?
You don’t have to build your blog around one narrowed down niche.
You can choose 3 narrowed down niche and feature content in all of them. By doing this, you’ll be able to specialize
in these 3 and target your market much better.
Here’s a mind map of what would your blog look like if you take the 3 narrowed down niche path.
Basically you’ll have 3 different sub-blogs in 1 blog.
But I don’t what you to feel overwhelm, you can focus on 1 topic first and then branch out to others as you gain
more experience.
KEYWORD RESEARCH
Once you’ve chosen your niche, it’s time to do our keyword research. This will let us know if people are searching
for this topic.
Go to Google keyword planner and sign in. It’s free as long as you have a gmail account.
https://adwords.google.com/ko/KeywordPlanner/Home
I’ll then type some keywords related to my niche.
Looks like there are people searching for keywords related to my niche.
You can repeat the process on other niches and type keywords related to your topic.
The Better Way?
In my opinion the best way to do keyword research is to use the
“HOW TO” way, which means that we’ll find people that are searching for solutions to their problems.
Keyword research 1.1- THE AD GROUP IDEAS
If you look at your keyword planner results after searching for
“HOW TO”
EX.
How to cure acne
How to fix….
How to do…
How to pass…
How to finish …
The point is to find keywords that have buyer intentions into it.
Another way to do this is to use the extender “BUY”
Ex.
Where to buy ….
Buy …
How much is …
Price of …
These keywords has buyer intentions behind it.
You will see a tab that says AD GROUP IDEAS
This tab has thousands of keywords that you can choose from and Google has already compiled the keywords for
you.
This is one of my favorite ways to find low competition buyer keywords.
Again, just dig dip and pick keywords and then attack it.
How to Create Your Blog
Here are the steps in creating a blog.
REGISTER A DOMAIN
Go to http://GoDaddy.com and/or http://Internet.bs.
These are the 2 registrar that I used on my previous websites and I haven’t experience any problem using them. Feel
free to use other domain registrar if you want to.
Once you’ve chosen your domain name, click continue to cart and go to checkout to buy it.
HOSTING SET-UP
There are a handful of hosting companies that I like to use. Here’s a list of $1 Hosting that you can use for your
website.
Ttp://www.1dollar-webhosting.com/
http://www.hostmonsta.com/
http://www.hostica.com/
http://www.grifhost.com/
http://www.hostso.com/one_dollar_web_hosting.php
http://www.upwebhosting.com/
http://www.whw1.com/a1/
http://www.ehostone.com/
http://hostgator.com
http://bluehost.com
If you can’t pick one, just choose http://bluehost.com
Got the hosting plan? Great!
Now, we want to connect our GoDaddy account or any domain registrar that we have to our hosting account. We’ll
do this by connecting “nameservers”.
CONNECTING NAME SERVERS
Log-in to your GoDaddy account and choose your domain that you’ve just registered a while ago.
Click Manage. Then Click your website URL.
See the name servers above? Click “Manage” as well.
It will open a small page where you will click “Edit Nameservers”
Now, go back to your email address and check for the bluehost cpanel email, you should have received your
username and password for this.
If you can’t find your cpanel then email your hosting registrar.
Once you log in, you should see your name servers.
Copy –paste these on the other tab that we just opened a while ago.
Click OK.
Now we are set and we can now install WordPress on our site.
Please take note that sometimes, it may take 24-48 hours for your domain and hosting to connect. But usually, it
takes less than 15 minutes.
INSTALL WORDPRESS
Go to your cpanel again and click Fantastico Deluxe or QuickInstall and Choose WordPress.
Click Install and Input the necessary details afterwards.
Once you got it installed, go to this link:
http://yoursitename.com/wp-login
Sometimes, it won’t load or it will give you an error page.
This simply means your domain and hosting are still “talking” to each other and is still in the process of pagination.
If it gives you the log in page already then go on and log in on your newly installed wordpress site.
CHOOSE A THEME
There are tons of FREE wordpress themes to choose from. Depending on the theme of your website, choose
something that is related to your topic/blog.
In the Appearance tab on the left. Click Themes.
Choose the Theme that you want, Click Add and Click Install.
And you’re done!
Web Traffic for Beginners (SEO)
Most people don’t have the money to invest in paid traffic especially if they are just getting started.
In this chapter, I’m going to give you the secrets to ranking your blog on the first page of Google.
I’ll teach you how to do some ON PAGE SEO voodoos that frankly only 1% of SEO experts teach.
Apply the following techniques to your website and watch your blog get more traffic every single day FOR FREE.
The Silo Structure
I’m just gonna go out and give you the best trick first. But please know that the other tricks (the little things), if you
combine them, are usually the one that makes the big difference.
First of all, the silo structure will not be as powerful without the OFF PAGE stuff. Though, it’s still better than NOT
having the SILO structure at all.
To explain this, I think it’ll be better if I do it with an actual example.
source: interdream-designs.com
Let’s say your website is about FOOD RECIPES. That’s a general category, that’s why we will create a silo about
the topics behind your general topic. In the image above, the 3 topics under your main theme are fish recipes, meat
recipes and soup recipes. Under those topics are their sub topics. What you will do is create 3 pages under your
original theme and posts under your 3 topics.
The rationale behind this website structure is that when a backlink goes to HOMEPAGE, it then passes link juices to
other pages and posts (the fish, meat and soup recipes and all the subtopics behind it).
So instead of your normal website, where you don’t create a silo, the link juice doesn’t stop at whatever page the
backlink goes to.
If you don’t have the SILO structure, a backlink that goes to a homepage doesn’t pass link power to other pages.
Which means your other pages won’t probably rank well on Google.
Another benefit of having a silo’d website is the USER EXPERIENCE. It helps the visitors navigate the website and
find what they need.
Now, there are many kinds of silo structures, some are complicated as hell. But what I’m going to teach you is the
basic silo and the widely used kind of silo. There’s a reason why it’s widely used, because it works! Why reinvent
the wheel? As they say, if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.
HOW TO BUILD A SILO
I would assume that you already have a website under WORDPRESS. If you’re not using wordpress, then I suggest
that you run to your computer and change your website immediately. I have a book about how to start a blog or a
website from A - Z. It’s called How to start a blog in 60 minutes or less. Read it.
Anyhoo, let’s use a guitar teaching website for this example. Website, courtesy of my mentor Alex Becker.
http://shredsource.net/online-guitar-lessons/
Let’s say our main theme is about ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS. What are the topics that could be under it? It
could be GUITAR BACKING TRACKS and ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS.
Under guitar backing tracks could be COUNTRY BACKING TRACKS and METAL BACKING TRACKS. Then
under online guitar lessons are METAL GUITAR LESSONS and BEGINNER ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS.
So your website structure would look like this.
HOME PAGE
GUITAR BACKING TRACKS
ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS
COUNTRY BACKING TRACKS
METAL GUITAR LESSONS
METAL BACKING TRACKS
BEGINNER ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS
What you will do is create a PAGE about GUITAR BACKING TRACKS &
ONLINE GUITAR
LESSONS. Then a POST about COUNTRY BACKING TRACKS, METAL GUITAR LESSONS, METAL
BACKING TRACKS & BEGINNER ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS.
Next step is to go to the APPEARANCE tab and click the menus.
Then create a new menu
Your pages and post will be on the left side corner and add them to your menu by clicking ADD TO MENU.
Navigate your menu page and put the pages under the correct parent page. Please see below picture.
NOTE: The Metal guitar backing tracks and country guitar backing tracks should be a POST and not a page. The
picture shows it’s a page.
You’re almost finish with your silo. The next thing you need to do is go to your POSTS and choose a parent page.
You’ll find it on the right side, Page Attributes.
If you’re post is under the GUITAR BACKING TRACKS PAGE, then choose Guitar backing tracks as your
parent page. Do the same with the other posts.
BOOM! You are finished! Your site, should look like this (not the theme but the structure)
If you want more training on creating a custom menu.
Visit the website below.
http://www.silocreativo.com/en/create-custom-menus-wordpress/
2 - Wordpress Configuration
The second trick is all about the configuration of your wordpress site.
The first thing that I want you to do is to go to your settings and click GENERAL.
Your site title and your tagline will have a huge effect on your rankings. This is important because a title and a
tagline let’s Google know that your website is about the topic that you want to rank for.
Put a keyword that you want to rank for in either the title or the tagline.
Next, go to PERMALINKS - still under settings, then click POST NAME.
What this does is it automatically makes the title part of the url.
So if you post a title called “ Online Guitar Lessons For Beginners” , the url will came out as http://yourwebsite.com/online-guitar-lessons-for-beginners
instead of http://yourwebsite.com/pe3444e21 or some random shit.
This also helps Google detect the website relevance and topic, which again, helps in helping Google decide if they
should give us a higher ranking or not. Now, too much optimization could also be bad. So be careful with over
optimization.
3 - Outbound Links
Say you’re a 17 year old girl. How would you feel if you are hanging out with the Kardashians, and they’re giving
you all the praises, telling you how awesome you are? It would feel awesome right? Others will think that you’re the
coolest person ever because, guess what, you hang out with Kyle and Kendell Fucking Jenner.
It’s the same with Google and SEO. If we create a link to an authority site, we basically tell Google how awesome
we are because we associate our websites to the cool kids. How bad that analogy may be, the point is, Outbound
links to Authority websites are powerful.
For example, say we have a website about guitar lessons. If we create a link to a wikipedia page about guitars, then
we are associating our website to the wikipedia, which is a powerful authority website.
To do this, you can add a link from your page or post content.
See examples below.
Besides having a link from your content, it would also be beneficial to your website if you could put a link from
your MENU PAGE.
So instead of just having, HOME, GUITAR BACKING and ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS. You can add another
menu about guitars. It could be, history of guitars or whatever.
In that page, link out to authority sites related to guitar at least 3 times. Also, make sure that you put some real and
useful content.
4 - Inbound Links
These kind of links are also powerful because it helps in transferring the link juice to other pages.
A WORD ON ANCHOR TEXT FIRST
Anchor text is the word the you will use when you link out to a certain url.
The anchor text that you’ll use will depend on what keywords you want to rank for. My general rule for this is that
you never use an anchor text twice on 1 page. Note, I didn’t say to not use the keyword twice in your content. I
said never use the ANCHOR TEXT twice. A keyword is just that, a word. An anchor text is a text linking out to a
url. Just want to clear that out for you. See example below.
KEYWORD - ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS
ANCHOR TEXT - ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS
(anchor text is usually with blue links)
How to maximize inbound links’ power
Let’s say you have a website about GUITAR LESSONS (home page). In that page, you will link out to the silos
(pages) under the homepage.
Please see example below.
This will pass up any link juice that goes to your homepage to the 2 pages that you link out to, this helping them get
ranked faster.
If you’re not satisfied, you can then link out from the 2 PAGES to the posts under it.
For our example, the 2 pages we have are, (for the nth time)
GUITAR BACKING TRACKS and ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS
If you remember the SILO chapter, you will see that we have 2 post under 1 page.
So from GUITAR BACKING TRACKS - You will link out to the 2 post under it, which are COUNTRY BACKING
TRACKS &METAL BACKING TRACKS
And for are other page, ONLINE GUITAR LESSONS , you will then link out to the posts, BEGINNER ONLINE
GUITAR LESSONS & METAL GUITAR LESSONS.
Simply do the same thing that we did to the homepage, except that we are linking out to a post.
If you’re quite confuse, you can go here
http://shredsource.net/online-guitar-lessons/
Then scroll down to the bottom. You will see a link going to another post in the site.
The Plan
In this part, I’m going to show you several blueprints on how to go from zero to whatever your goal is.
Information Products
Ways to do it:
E-BOOKS
If you have an ebook that sells for $47 then you would need to sell roughly 107 copies per month.
If your sales page conversion is at 3% (industry conversion), then you will need to drive around 3900+ visitors per
month.
Now that may sound like a lot of people, but if you broke it down to daily traffic then you would need (3,900/30) –
130 people every day.
If you chose a market within the 3 biggest niche, then this is very possible to achieve in a few months.
If you can increase your conversion to 5% then you would need even less people to achieve your goal.
Audio Courses
You can also create an audio course about your topic.
If you sell it for $197 each (yes people are buying $197 audio courses)
Then you only need 26 people to buy it every month.
Do you think you could sell at least 1 audio course every 26 hours?
Of course you can!
I hope you’re now seeing how doable this is.
Once you break it down into numbers, you’ll be able to determine how many products and traffic do you need every
day to achieve your $5,000/month goal.
If you’re goal is 10k or 20k, then the process will be the same.
Video Courses
This one could be the most profitable because it’s much easier to scale. Remember, the same level of skill is
required to sell a $47 e-book and a $497 video course.
If you have a course that sells for $497 then you only need to sell 11 of it to get to your goal!
Membership/subscription based course
This one could be another awesome way to monetize your blog. You can do an interview series with different
experts and create a subscription for it.
If you get 500 people to sign up for a $19 per month program then that would be a $9500/month recurring revenue.
That’s a passive income that you only have to spend 2 hours of work with since most interviews would only last for
an hour and you can edit it for an another hour or so. You can also outsource the editing and transcripts on fiverr for
$5-$20.
Podcast
You can also start your own podcast to gain more authority on the subject. This could be a profitable way to
monetize your blog. You can promote your products on the podcast itself or you could advertise other people’s
product thus making you an affiliate commission.
The most important thing is to always know our numbers.
Blog Sponsors
Once your blog gained some traction, advertisers will come to you and ask if they can advertise in your blog. What I
love about blog sponsors is the consistency on income that it can bring.
The first step in doing this monetization strategy is to create your own advertisement page.
On the next page, I gave you a template for an advertisement page.
Affiliate Promotions
You can email your customers and promote other people’s products.
Just make sure that the product you are promoting is really good. Don’t risk your reputation for a few thousand
dollars. Do your home work and see if the product is good or not.
Do You Want To Offer Your Product Or Service To My Audience?
If you target WHO?, _TARGET MARKET, WHO and you want to enhance your website or brand awareness,
sponsorship is right for you.
