The main reason for why I want to work with the John Lewis Partnership, is due to the amount of emphasis that they put on their customer service and how they are willing to go above and beyond what most other companies would be willing to do meet them. John Lewis winning awards such as the World Congress award, Columino award, and numerous customer satisfaction awards is just further credence to this. It isn’t just a money making venture at John Lewis, it is a company that is truly committed to both its employees and its customers. As an individual that is looking to improve his customer service, there could really be no better place to gain more experience than within such a recognised specialist as John Lewis. Likewise, as someone that worked closely with charitable organisations like the British Heart Foundation I am deeply passionate about making a difference in the community we live in. I feel that the way John Lewis operates and manages its business resonates deeply with my own personal beliefs about how we should conduct ourselves as people both in and outside of our working lives.
