OVERVIEW
Mental health is an important aspect of our overall well-being. It affects how we feel, think, and
act, and can impact every aspect of our lives. Yet, it's not always easy to know where to turn
when we're struggling with mental health challenges, or how to find the right support. That's why
we've put together this resource booklet on mental health and support services. This booklet is
designed to provide information and resources to help individuals and their loved ones navigate
the mental health system and find the support they need. We hope that this resource will be a
valuable tool for anyone looking to improve their mental health and well-being.
