Page 1 of 3 Updated: 2022-04-08 Electronically Sign a Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD Employee Contract in TEAMS 1. Sign in to TEAMS with your District login. 2. From the ‘EMP - Employee Contract’ menu select ‘Employee Contract Selfserve’. 3. Enter last four digits of SSN and birth date (MM-DD-YYYY) and click ‘Logon’. 4. Select the ‘I Agree’ button if you agree to electronically sign the employment contract. By selecting ‘I Agree’, you will continue to the next step to view and accept or reject the employment contract. 5. Click on the ‘Contract Name’ hyperlink for the 2023 contract year to view the contract. Page 2 of 3 6. Optional - Print the contract by clicking on the printer icon. Select your printer and click the ‘Print’ button. 7. Close the contract window once you have reviewed the contract. 8. To accept the contract, click the ‘Accept’ button. 9. Type your name exactly as it appears on the screen and click ‘Ok’. 10. The contract is now submitted and accepted. Please contact your principal/supervisor if you have any questions. Please contact your principal or supervisor to submit a letter of resignation and a termination packet.
