To developing her skills and preparing for future advancement, I recommend that Ms. Dagohoy be given opportunities to develop her
good relationship with her team, such as seminars for healthy work environment that focuses on improving relationship with coemployees. I believe that Ms. Dagohoy's leadership potential make them well-suited for HR Manager within the organization, and I
encourage management to consider them for such opportunities in the future.

Ms. Dagohoy has expressed an interest in gaining more expertise in Human resource consultant, and I believe that enrolling them and
have a PHR certification that would provide them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this area.
What newly acquired skills, education, or training has the employee acquired since his/her last review?
Ms. Dagohoy has taken a variety of training, but the training for HR consultants made her stand out. Since receiving that training, she
has helped the HR consultant and consistently turns out high-caliber work.
