CONCLUSION INTRODUCTIO N Library management system is a project which aims in developing a computerized system to maintain all the daily work of library . OBJECTIVES Online book issue. Request column for librarian for providing new book. A separate column for digital library. Student login page where student can find books issued by him/her and date of return. A search column to search availability of books. A teacher login page where teacher can add any events being organized in the college and important suggestions regarding books. Online notice board about the workshop. FEATURES This website provides a computerized version of library management system which will benefit the students as well as the staff of the library. This project will provide jobs to various workers and will also help them to earn good amount of money for their living. SYSTEM ANALYSIS System analysis is the process of gathering and interpreting facts, diagnosing problems, and using the information to recommend improvements on the system. System analysis is a problem-solving activity that requires intensive communication between the system users and system developers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENT Hardware Requirement:CPU Dual Core or above RAM Minimum 1GB Hard disk space Minimum 2GB Display Any( CRT, LCD) I/O Devices Keyboard and Mouse Software Requirement:OS Window 7,8,10,11 Front End HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap Back End PHP Database MySQL Server XAMPP IDE Visual Studio Code Browser Chrome SYSTEM DESIGN ZERO LEVEL DFD:- 1 LEVEL DFD:- SCREENSHOTS Database:- ADMIN TABLE:- Home Page:- ADMIN LOG IN PAGE:- CONSTRAINTS Project is managed under a set of clear-cut constraints, and they need to be defined from the very beginning of the project. If the senior stakeholders clearly understand limitations of the project environment (such as due dates, funding, skill levels, and resource availability etc.) under which the activities are to be performed, they will do a better job for ensuring project success and developing a well-grounded implementation plan. LIMITATIONS • Lack of procedure • Insufficient information • Outdated Systems • Late Resolution • Effective compliant management •Weak security CONCLUSION The hindrance and issues of the traditional library are identified and promote it to easy access for the libraries. In the Library Management system, the librarian can add/update/remove the student and book details into the database. The students have a Unique ID for accessing any book from the library. Through the ID, the librarian can check the user details, fine payment, and book details. The LMS reduces labor work and makes the system efficient. In future work, we planned to enhance the LMS by integrating the LMS with Local area Network (LAN) which increases the efficiency of the system
