A. Attendance Policy
Professors/Instructors will be monitoring the attendance and participation of students during the cluster and class sessions. It is the student's responsibility to inform the instructor/professor
if he/she experiences difficulties in joining sessions.
B. Academic Honesty and Integrity
Wesleyan University-Philippines expects academic honesty and integrity from its students. Tasks submitted must be the student’s work to meet optimum learning. Presenting someone else’s
work as though it is his/her own will be meted with penalties as specified in the student handbook. A proper citation must be made when using the work of others.
C. Netiquette (Online Ethics and Etiquette)
Online classes should be an avenue for learning theories and values. As an educational setting, all things must be formal. Students must attend sessions in decent clothes and always observe
proper decorum. No discussion, sessions, or communications or part thereof will be posted in any public forum unless otherwise agreed upon by the entirety of the class.
D. Cluster Sessions
Cluster sessions are intended for the delivery of course content. It is expected, therefore, that students attend all scheduled cluster sessions. Students shall mute their microphones to
minimize distractions while the session is ongoing. Students may ask questions and clarifications during allotted portions in the session. Clarifications on the topic may also be discussed with
the class instructor/professor during synchronous classes.

allowed to record the discussion, session, or any communication nor get screenshots unless agreed upon by the entirety of the class.
F. Grievances and Other Concerns
Open communication is the key to a harmonious relationship between students and the university. If the issue remains unsolved, follow grievance procedures and protocols. Rants on any
